William Cooper (WC): “Psychopolitics,” ladies and gentlemen, “is the art and the science of asserting and maintaining dominion over the thoughts and loyalties of individuals, officers, bureaus, and masses and the effecting of the conquest of enemy nations through mental healing.” This I quoted directly from the “Communist Manual of Instructions of Psychopolitical Warfare.” Is there a method behind all this subterfuge and deception? ‘Tradition’ might be a better word; the use of Machiavellian-style manipulations has been around for centuries. But it appears to have gone from an art to a science in this century. As socialist/philosopher Bertrand Russell once said of mass psychology, “Although this science will be diligently studied, it will be rigidly confined to the governing class. The populous will not be allowed to know how its convictions were generated.” The use of what Stalin’s secret police chief, Lavrenty Beria, termed “psychopolitics” was covered in the January 1995 issue of Relevance Magazine; “Psychological warfare in America” was the title of the article. The above-quoted Russian textbook on psychopolitics was exposed to the public by a former Communist-American, Kenneth Goff, who testified before Congress in 1939 about Communist subversion in this country. And if you’d like a reference to that particular piece, see volume 9 of the 1939 House Committee on Un-American Activities. In the manual, a key element of brainwashing was revealed: constant defamation of the target population. The manual may well be one of the most vicious political tracts ever written, making “Mein Kampf” look like a paperback on pop psychology. To give a bit of the flavour of the psychopolitic s manual, here, ladies and gentlemen, are a few excerpts.
“One of the first and foremost missions of the psychopolitician is to make an attack upon Communism and insanity synonymous; it should become the definition of insanity of the paranoid variety. That a paranoid believes he is being attacked by Communists, thus, at once, the support of the individual attacking Communism will fall away and wither.” You can find that on page 25. “Propaganda should continue and stress the rising of insanity in a country, the entire field of human behaviour for the benefit of the country can, at length, be broadened into abnormal behaviour. Thus, anyone indulging in any eccentricity, particularly the eccentricity of combating psychopolitics could be silenced by the authoritative opinion on the part of a psychopolitical operative that he was acting in an abnormal fashion.” You can find that on page 33. “The educational programs of psychopolitics must, at every hand, seek out the levels of youth who will become the leaders in the country’s future and educate them into the belief of the animalistic nature of man. This must be made fashionable, they must be taught to frown upon ideas, upon individual endeavor. They must be taught, above all things, that the salvation of man is to be found only by his adjusting thoroughly to this environment.” And you can find that on page 43. “Religion must be made synonymous with neurosis and psychosis. ” That’s on page 44. “Degradation and conquest are companions; however, degradation can be accomplished much more insidiously and much more effectively with consistent and continual defamation. Defamation is the best and foremost weapon of psychopolitics on the broad field.” You’ll find that on page 41. “The populous must be brought into the belief that every individual within it who rebels, in any way, shape or form against efforts and activities to enslave the whole must be considered to be a deranged person whose eccentricities are neurotic or insane and who must have at once the treatment of a psychopolitician.” That’s on page 42. “An optimum condition in such a program of degradation would address itself to the military forces of the nation and bring them rapidly away from any other beliefs than that the disobedient one must be subjected to mental treatment, and enslavement of a population can fail only if these rebellious individuals are left to exert their individual influences upon their fellow citizens, sparking them into rebellion, calling into account their nobilities and freedoms. And lest these restless individuals are stamped out and given in to psychopolitical operatives early in the conquest, there will be nothing but trouble as the conquest continues.” And that is also on page 42. “The officials of the government, students, readers, partakers of entertainment, must all be indoctrinated by whatever means into the complete belief that the restless, the ambitious, the natural leaders are suffering from environmental maladjustments which can only be healed by recourse to psychopolitical operatives and the guise of healers.” Page 43. “By thus degrading the general belief in the status of man, it is relatively simple, with cooperation from the economic salience being driven into the country, to drive citizens apart, one from another to bring about a question of the wisdom of their own government and to cause them to actively beg for enslavement.” That may be found on page 43. “Should any writings of psychopolitics come to view, it is only necessary to brand them a hoax and laugh them out of countenance, thus, psychopolitical activities are easy to defend.” Page 34.

Edward Hunter, the man who coined the term “brainwashing” after he had witnessed it firsthand as a journalist in red China, said as much before Congress on March 13th, 1958. “The United States is the main battlefield in this red war. We need only read what the Communists themselves say but we refuse to do so, exactly as we could not believe that Hitler meant what he said in Mein Kampf.” It was during the McCarthy era, ladies and gentlemen, that the ‘anti-Communism=insanity’ dictum began to enjoy mass propagation by not only political demagogues but leaders in the fields of mental health and psychology. One brief example, in a chapter on mental hygiene, George S. Stevenson, M.D. of the National Association for Mental Health, wrote the following in his book, “Education for mental health” in 1954. And I quote, “For example, a person who is continuously suspicious of others, who sees an enemy - perhaps a Communist - lurking behind every acquaintance who differs from himself, is a person who is very unsure of himself. He will be apt to try to control the world about him in such a way that it will be least threatening.” Now, folks, that was a fairly harmless example of the kind of soft-touch stereotyping directed at those who opposed Communism. When this association between anti-Communism and insanity is repeated ad nauseum until it resonates throughout society, what results is a subtle change in the public mindset. Soon, people who might have expressed the sentiments or opinions start to keep their thoughts to themselves. And before long, such discussions are considered ‘beyond the pale’ of respectable conversation. Edward Hunter, who spent 2 years in the old OSS teaching psychological warfare countermeasures, told a congressional committee in 1958 that he first learned of the term ‘brainwashing’ when, as a reporter in Asia, he spoke with a man who had escaped red China. The man related the term ‘xi nao’ or ‘wash brain’, Hunter stated. Whenever somebody said something the Peiping Government didn’t like, a relative or a friend was liable to say to him, “Watch out! You’ll get your brains washed!” Isn’t it amazing?
But the psychopolitics manual was written in the ‘30s and all this talk about Communist subversion in this country was discredited, along with tailgunner Joe McCarthy, back in the ‘50s. Anyone who is afraid of a Communist behind every bush was viewed as a paranoid, right? They’re still doing that today; they call it “McCarthyism.” That’s what they brand you with. “Shame on you, you’re finding Communists!” Well, the Washington Post, ladies and gentlemen, has had to admit that, lo and behold, there actually were real, live Communists who penetrated the United States government hierarchy. Not just the exceptional Aldrich A mes mole, but over 100 agents in many different agencies of the United States government. After years of keeping the information buried, the National Security Agency (NSA) finally released the fruits of its Venona Program which, according to the Post, produced intercepted, decoded Soviet spy messages with NSA notes identifying agents mentioned in code in the cables. The story was carried in a recent article by Michael Dobbs which appeared in the March 6th, 1996 Washington Post, a newspaper which has done much to ridicule anti-Communists for decades. The agents identified in the documents include: Laughlin Curry, a personal aide to Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and May Price, the secretary to influential newspaper columnist Walter Lippmann. An agent known to the Soviets as “Mlad” was identified as Theodore A. Hall, who helped the Reds obtain the Atomic bomb. Nevertheless, the Justice department has refused to disclose why it did not prosecute Hall. Other agents working for the KGB included former War Department official William Ullman, former intelligence officials J. Joseph Julius and Jane Foster, Harold Glasser of the Treasury Department, George Silverman of the Air Force, Nathan Silvermaster of the Board of Economic Warfare, and Harry Dexter White of the Treasury Department. All of those were named by Elizabeth Bentley in her testimony to the House Un-American Activities Committee. But, you see, she was laughed off as a ‘kook’ along with her reformed fellow traveler Whittaker Chambers, who fingered Alger Hiss as a Communist spy. Alger Hiss is responsible, almost singlehandedly, for the authorship of the United Nations charter – which, when placed side by side with the old charter…I should say, constitution of the Soviet Union, they are almost identical. Coincidence, you say? Not on your life. Not on your life.
Alger Hiss is also implicated in the Venona records just released. The Post quoted John Haynes, historian at the Library of Congress who’s written extensively about KGB spying in the United States: “This will be painful to many historians. Bentley has been mocked in many books as a blonde spy queen. These documents support what she was saying.” So the testimony of Elizabeth Bentley and Whittaker Chambers and tailgunner Joe McCarthy’s cause for concern was correct after all. In fact, Joseph McCarthy was absolutely, 100% right and it was because he was stopped in his investigations and the Communists and the Marxists were not rooted out of government that they were able, over the years, to take complete and utter control of every, every branch of bureaucracy within the United States of America.
What was the extent of this high- level penetration at that time in history? Lance Gay of Scripps Howard News Service wrote, “Transcripts of cables sent by KGB agents to Moscow in 1944 and 1945 were intercepted by United States cryptanalysts and indicate that more than 100 Soviet agents had infiltrated the State Department, Justice Department, War Department, Treasury Department, and even the Office of Strategic Services, the precursor to the Central Intelligence Agency.” For reference, see the Detroit News, March 14th, 1996, page 10A. So then again, doesn’t this discussion amount to blatant McCarthyism? You see, in talking about this, aren’t we politically incorrect? Isn’t this a major boo-boo today? Aren’t we in danger of being branded McCarthyites? Well, what do you think the respectable establishment in this country is engaging in by shamefully lumping homeschoolers and talk show hosts in with murderous terrorists? Of course, this doesn’t make it right; what makes it right (and necessary) to candidly discuss all this is the facts, ladies and gentlemen, the facts. The truth; seek ye the truth and the truth will make you free, nothing else can do it. On March 1st, 1992, the same Washington Post had to admit, that despite all the scorn and abuse heaped onto paranoid anti-Communists for decades by that newspaper and scores of eastern establishment liberals, the Soviet Union was, in fact, directly funding Gus Hall’s Communist Party USA Independent researchers had found proof among the documents opened by the archives of the former Soviet Union. And I wrote as much in my book many years ago.
The files detailed the funds sent by the Soviet Union to its Communist parties set up around the world and included a 1987 letter from Gus Hall to Mikhail Gorbachev, which began, “Dear Comrade, I don’t like to raise the question of finances, but when the wolf is at the door, one is forced to cry out.” Documents revealed that Gorbachev sent 2 million dollars and Hall sent back a signed receipt. Of course, shortly afterwards, Mikhail Gorbachev became “Gorby” and won the hearts and many minds of Liberal Americans and later used funds raised by the Republican National Committee and big business to open a western office of his Gorbachev Foundation inside the longest-standing United States Army base in history, the Presidio in San Francisco. Further evidence, ladies and gentlemen, that the laughing Liberals of the last few decades have egg on their faces is provided by Harvey Klehr, John Haynes and Fridrikh Firsov’s 1995 work entitled “The secret world of American Communism” which uses the Russian’s own documents to show the extent of Soviet backing of Communist activity in this country. So the question then becomes: if they had at least 100 agents in high- level posts back then (that we knew about and that we know about now), how many do they have now when we no longer believe they’re a threat and how many did they have over the years that we have never known about and probably never will?
Aldrich Ames occupied a very high post within the Central Intelligence Agency. And do you think it’s a paranoid fantasy to imagine that there are those in still higher positions right now? Klehr, Haynes, and Firsov noted at the close of their book “because Soviet intelligence archives remain closed, the activities described are but the tip of the iceberg, the now visible part of a much larger and still obscure secret world of American Communism.” Now, if that hasn’t got you sitting on the edge of your chair then I guess nothing ever will.
Why isn’t this kicking off a national debate and congressional investigations to determine the current extent of KGB subversion? Why isn’t the press blaring this information on the front pages of every newspaper across the country? Well, because, you see, that would amount to McCarthyism. And besides, facts really don’t mean much to people with closed minds who would rather believe something that is politically correct rather than look at the truth staring them right in the face.
As Paul Greenberg of the Los Angeles Times syndicate wrote about the NSA Venona files, “the latest cache of documents will not convince them; true believers are not daunted by mere evidence, there is nothing here they cannot deny, dismiss, or explain away. History, like a good suit, can be made to fit. That is their fate, that nothing is immutable – even the past. Funny, I don’t recall reading this news story in the New York Times; I must have missed it, or the Times did.” Such is the effect of strategic psychological operations on the targeted nation’s public opinion. This is why brainwashing expert Edward Hunter ridiculed the notion of a “Communist party when it is, in fact,” he insisted, “a Communist psychological warfare organization.” Former KGB insiders like Anatoliy Golitsyn would tend to agree; although we quoted him before, it’s worth repeating the words of Russian KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov who discussed his former agency’s efforts at ideological subversion or what they call “demoralization” in America. In a 1989 video interview by author G. Edward Griffin, Bezmenov explained, “the key to understanding the blindness is seeing that government leaders, the press, educators, etc. appear to be functioning as a part of a gigantic conspiracy, not because they are all under a centralized discipline or control, but because they share the same foundational philosophy and beliefs.”
You see this slow process actually changes the way we all respond to factual information. Most of it (that’s demoralization) is done by Americans to Americans, thanks to a lack of moral standards. As I mentioned before, ladies and gentlemen, exposure to true information does not matter anymore. You see, a person who is demoralized is unable to assess true information; the facts tell nothing to him. Bezmenov accurately described the intellectual invalids now masquerading as responsible journalists, bureaucrats, and elected representatives. He said, “They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern. You cannot change their mind even if you exposed them to authentic information, even if you show them that white is white and black is black, you still cannot change the basic perception and their logic of behaviour.” Sad? No,ladies and gentlemen, it’s not sad, it’s tragic. And this may provide insight into the a lmost knee-jerk solutions to national problems, which are recycled despite overwhelming evidence that they do not work, and in many cases, even worse than the problem. Some examples: violent crime, well, we have violent crime, let’s pass gun control laws; welfare fraud, oh, well let’s fund more programs; AIDS, oh my goodness, let’s pass out condoms and syringes; Russian treaty violations, well, we’ll send them more financial aid. We see the same, rigorously conditioned responses by journalists or so-called experts to talk show callers who make the mistake of asking a question with conspiratorial overtones. No more capable of restraining themselves than Pavlov’s dogs were of salivating, they blurt out that remarkably consistent refrain, “that sounds like some kind of conspiracy theory.” Of course, Ivan Pavlov rewarded his obedient K-9s; likewise, the journalist who, shall we say, learns his lines well continues to advance up the sleazy ladder of success, leaving his less compliant counterparts in the dust. A dissimilar process of natural selection was identified in Christopher Simpson’s 1994 book called “Science of coercion: communication research and psychological warfare, 1945-1960.”
This book shows that those social science professors who did not play ball with the prevailing and overwhelmingly government- funded opinions in the field of psychological warfare were conditioned to comply or they were nudged out of prominence. Simpson writes, “In some, there were both positive and negative reinforcements for academics participating in U.S. psychological warfare projects. Among the perks, it is clear that use of government funding facilitated certain types of research and the winning of professional prestige that might not otherwise have been available.” Among the pearls of non-conformity, “the price tag for scholars who refused to support the Cold War consensus could be quite high: shunning by colleagues; firing; loss of tenure or prospects for promotion; FBI inquiries; hostile newspaper stories; or worse. Even prominent academics were not exempt. FBI and U.S. military intelligence agents kept American sociological society conventions under surveillance in an effort to smoke out radicals. Charles Beard, a long-time Dean of American Historians and former President of the American Historical Association was drummed out of the profession when he refused to read just his work to the new political realities.

November 30th Could Be the Day the Government Seizes Control of the Internet
November 30th, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) could potentially engage in one of the largest federal power grabs we have ever seen.
After two years of this Presidential Administration and this Congress, that is saying an awful lot about an awful lot.
And what’s worse, the FCC would be doing it without Congress weighing in. At the FCC’s November meeting – note the coincidental date of choice, AFTER the impending election – three unelected bureaucrats (of five) could simply vote themselves rulers of 1/6th of our entire economy – the information and technology sector.
Meaning the Internet that you currently enjoy – that has been a marvel of economic and information innovation and success – will be subject to vast new governmental regulations. You didn’t elect these people – but they are on the verge of electing themselves Internet overlords.
The Internet is the future – and increasingly the present – of news and information delivery. With each passing day, we move a little further away from the old media models – print, broadcast and cable television, radio – and towards an all-Web world. Eventually, most or all of the news and information we get – written, and spoken into microphones and cameras – will be on and for the Internet.
And we are on the verge of having this new world – the all-encompassing future of First Amendment free speech in America – swallowed up by three unelected D.C. bureaucrats and their Commission.
This is one of the most important battles ever waged in Washington – and precious little is known about it outside the Beltway.
What we are talking about is Internet reclassification. What that means is the FCC – which by its own admission doesn’t have authority over the Web – would just vote itself said authority. By reclassifying the Internet – so that it would be subject to the same rules as landline telephones.
The FCC has long had tremendous power over landline telephones, which is why there has been so much incredible innovation with them these last 70+ years. (Note: tremendous sarcasm here.)
The FCC has no power over the Internet because the FCC doesn’t have power over anything until Congress writes a law saying they do. And Congress has never done this for the FCC with the Internet.

William Cooper: Mind Control Part 6

William Cooper (WC): Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, you’re listening to The Hour of the time; the only hour that ever was or ever will be, for this is the hour during which you will decide your future, and thus our collective futures. Today, today folks – forget it – stay tuned, folks, we’re going to continue with our series on mind control tonight, episode #6.
The Nazi doctors who experimented on the inmates of prison camps during World War 2, ladies and gentlemen, were tried for murder at the Nuremberg Tribunal. The accused were educated, trained physicians, they did not kill in anger or in malice – at least that’s the impression we get from our research - they were creating a science of death. Some of the experiments were carried out on prisoners with the aim of preserving the lives of Nazi soldiers and pilots, but nevertheless, the experiments were inhumane; it was not right. Ironically, in 1933, the Nazi's passed a law for the protection of animals. Does that ring any bells, ladies and gentlemen? Are you listening carefully to this series? For every night, I’ve made numerous connections between the past and the present. The law cited the prevention of cruelty and indifference to animals as one of the highest moral values of a people, animal experimentation, folks, was unthinkable, but human experimentations were acceptable. The victims of the crime of these doctors numbered, literally, into the thousands. Now, in 1953, while the Central Intelligence Agency was still conducting mind control and behaviour modifications on unwitting humans in this country, the United States signed the Nuremberg Code, a code born out of the ashes of war and human suffering. The document, folks, was a solemn promise never to tolerate such human atrocities again. The Code maintains three fundamental principles:
1. The subjects of any experimentation must be volunteers who thoroughly understand the purpose and the dangers of the experiments. They must be free to give consent and the consent must be without pressure and they must be free to quit the experiments at any time.
2. The experiments must be likely to yield knowledge which is valuable to everyone. The knowledge must be such that it could not be gained in any other way.
3. The experiments must be conducted by only the most competent doctors, and they must exercise extreme care.
If you’ve been listening - so much for that. The Nazi aviation experiments met none of these conditions. Most inmates in the prison camps knew that the experiments in the pressure chamber were fatal. From the very beginning, control of the experiments was largely in the hands of the SS, which was later judged to be a criminal organization by the Nuremberg Tribunal. Despite our lessons from Nuremberg and the Nazi camps, the Central Intelligence Agency, United States Navy and the United States Army Chemical Corps targeted specific groups of people for experimentation who were not able to resist: prisoners, mental patients, foreigners, ethnic minorities, sex deviants, the terminally ill, children - children, yes children - and United States military personnel and prisoners of war and veterans – veterans, ladies and gentlemen. They violated the Nuremberg Code for conducting and subsidizing experiments on unwitting citizens. You see, the CIA began its mind control projects in 1953 that we can pinpoint – it may have been long before that. We know that Wild Bill Donovan was experimenting with the so-called “truth drug” during World War 2. But 1953 was the very year that the United States signed the Nuremberg Code and pledged with the international community of nations to respect basic human rights and to prohibit experimentation on captive populations without full and free consent.
Dr. Cameron, a Central Intelligence Agency operative, was one of the worst offenders against the Code, yet, folks, he was a member of the Nuremberg Tribunal with full knowledge of its testimony; talk about hypocrisy, talk about lies. Well, if you’ve been listening to The Hour of the time since its inception, you know that these people who run things are perpetual liars, deceivers and manipulators, and they’re never going to stop. That’s why there’s never going to be any world living in harmony and the great ‘brotherhood of man,’ you blithering idiots. Saturnedus rex mundi, my butt.
In 1973, a three judge court in Michigan ruled, “experimental psychosurgery, which is irreversible and intrusive, often leads to the blunting of emotions, the deadening of memory, the reduction of affect, and limits the ability to generate new ideas. Its potential for injury to the creativity of the individual is great and can infringe on the right of the individual to be free from interference with his mental process. The state's interest in performing psychosurgery and the legal ability of the involuntarily detained mental patient to give consent, must bow to the First Amendment, which protects the generation and free flow of ideas from unwarranted interference with one's mental processes.” And, Citing the Nuremberg Code, the court found that “the very nature of the subject's incarceration diminishes the capacity to consent to psychosurgery. ” In 1973, folks, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts enacted regulations which would require informed written consent from voluntary patients before electroshock treatment could be performed. Senator Sam Ervin's Committee lashed out bitterly at the mind control and behaviour modification experiments and ordered them discontinued, but they were not. His orders – the Congress’s orders - were ignored, as they frequently are.
But the New England Journal of Medicine states, that the consent provisions now in place are “no more than an elaborate ritual.” They called it “a device that when the subject is uneducated and uncomprehending, confers no more than a semblance of propriety on human experimentation.” The Nuremberg Tribunal brought to light that some of the most respected figures in the medical profession were involved in the vast crime network of the SS. Only 23 persons were charged with criminal activity in this area, despite the fact that hundreds of medical personnel were involved. The defendants, folks, were charged with crimes against humanity. They were found guilty of planning and executing experiments on humans without their consent, in a cruel and brutal manner which involved severe torture, deliberate murder and with the full knowledge of the gravity of their deeds. They understood, completely what they were doing. Only 7 of the defendants were sentenced to death and hanged; others received life sentences. 5 who were involved in the experiments were not tried. Ernest Grawitz committed suicide, Carl Clauberg was tried in the Soviet Union, Josef Mengele escaped to South America and was later captured by Israeli agents, Horst Schumann disappeared and Siegmund Rascher was executed by Himmler.
There were 200 German medical doctors conducting these medical experiments. Most of these doctors were friends of the United States before the war, and despite their inhuman experiments, the United States, ladies and gentlemen, attempted to rebuild a relationship with them after the war – that’s right. The knowledge the Germans had accumulated at the expense of human life and suffering, was considered a "booty of war", by the Americans and the Russians. The Americans tracked down Dr. Strughold, the aviation doctor who was in charge of the Dachau experiments. With full knowledge that the experiments were conducted on captive humans, the U.S. recruited the doctors to work for them and most of the experiments were repeated, utilizing volunteer American service personnel – at least that’s what the record says. When these personnel have been contacted (the ones that can be contacted), they claim that they were coerced by their commanding officers to volunteer. Eisenhower, folks, Dwight D. Eisenhower gave his personal approval to exploit the work and research of the Nazi's in the camps.
Now, Within weeks of Eisenhower's order, many of these notorious doctors were working for the U.S. Army at Heidelberg. Army teams scoured Europe for scientific experimental apparatus such as pressure chambers, compressors, G-force machines, giant centrifuges, and electron microscopes. These doctors were wined and dined by the U.S. Army while most of Germany's post-war citizens virtually starved. The German doctors were brought to the United States and went to work for Project Paperclip. All these doctors had been insulated against war crime charges. The Nuremberg prosecutors were shocked that United States authorities were using the German doctors despite their criminal past. And folks, the doctors weren’t the only ones they brought over; they brought over many of the officers of the Gestapo; they brought over many of the scientists who developed the V-2 rocket and other secret weapons for Nazi Germany; and quite a few others. Allen Welsh Dulles was later to absorb the entire intelligence network of the Third Reich into the Central Intelligence Agency and presto- magico, we had an instant worldwide network of spies, all German. Under the leadership of Strughold, 34 scientists accepted contracts from Project Paperclip, and were moved to Randolph Air Force Base at San Antonio, Texas. The authorization to hire these Nazi scientists came directly from the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The top military brass stated that they wished to exploit these rare minds. Project Paperclip, ironically, folks, would use Nazi doctors to develop methods of interrogating German prisoners of war.
So much for – so much for the cohesion of the race; so much for ‘the bloodline of the Aryans’. As hostilities began to build after the war between the Americans and the Russians, the U.S. imported as many as 1000 former Nazi scientists. Now, don’t get me wrong, folks, I got nothin’ against Aryans, I’m Aryan myself; Aryan-English Anglo, whatever you want to call it, part American Indian. I just don’t like racism in any form; I don’t like racist Jews, racist blacks, racist whites, racist Orientals, racist American Indians; I just don’t like ‘em, period. Whenever I get a chance, I let ‘em know that. In 1969, Americans landed on the moon – or, at least, that’s what they say, there are some who seriously dispute that and in later programs we might explore that possibility, however, I don’t know, neither do you, all we know is what we’ve been told and what we were shown on television and we’re not even sure if what we were shown on television really came from the moon so we have to take their word for it, just like we have to take their word for the photographs they show us that show anomalous material on the moon and Mars; you see, we can’t go up there and check, so we’re sort of at the mercy on this stuff. 2 groups of scientist in the control center shared the credit: the rocket team from Peenemunde, Germany, under the leadership of Werner von Braun (these men had perfected the V-2s which were built in the Nordhausen caves where 20,000 slave labourers from prison camp Dora had worked; many of them worked to death); the second group were the space doctors, lead by 71-year-old Dr. Hubertus Strughold, whose work was pioneered in Experimental Block No. 5 of the Dachau concentration camp and with the torture and death of hundreds of inmates. The torture chambers that was used to slowly kill the prisoners of the Nazi's were the test beds for the apparatus that protected Neil Armstrong from harm, from lack of oxygen, and pressure, when he walked on the moon.
How ‘bout that? Now that’s something the United States government doesn’t like to talk about, ladies and gentlemen; but as usual, you get the truth on The Hour of the time. Now, not too long ago, we played for you on this program a recruiting tape of what’s know as The First Earth Battalion; now it’s not a real battalion, formed under arms with armour and tanks and everything like that. It is a mental concept of the new office corps and this tape was made a long time ago; it has been in the works for many years. Now, if you’ve studied any of the mysteries or the occult sciences, you know that there is a particular occult meaning attached to the Greek letter of the alphabet Delta. I’m going to shock the living hell out of some of you little Gritz groupies and you’re going to be sending for one of our bumper stickers, “Gritz for breakfast in ’96.” And believe me, if he don’t find a place to hide when you-know-what hits the fan, I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes.
Parapsychologists, folks, have always been unlikely to gain scientific respectability through their experimental successes. In fact, they have a tough time of it, and their successes have been few and quite open to controversy and attack. Marcello Truzzi said this (and I quote): “There are 3 ways parapsychology might move into the mainstream: a solid, repeatable demonstration is one way but no one has come up with such an experiment.” Another route would be a revolutionary new theory and one of the basic mainstream sciences like physics or physiology; a theory that indicates PSI must exist. For example, parapsychology experiments in precognition – that is, experiments where the subject correctly identifies a target before it is selected – contradicts current physical theory. Yo u see, it is perfectly conceivable that a new theory might allow or even demand precognitive – although no such theory looms on the horizon – precognition is largely thought to be quackery.
Truzzi says, “The 3rd route to respectability is, in vogue, applied PSI – of P-S-I.” Parapsychologists, folks, hope to get de-facto recognition from the scientific community by moving out of the laboratories and into industry and government, demonstrating that PSI can solve problems. California think-tanks that used to invite gurus or whole seminars on LSD and creativity now send applied PSI newsletters to industry, police forces and government agencies. Applied PSI claim the advocates solves problems (even if no one quite understands how).
In 1979, the army had a problem: 90% of the soldiers who operate and maintain the 7,000 nuclear weapons in Europe flunked basic tests of their military skills that year; this is an appalling statistic, folks, absolutely appalling. But it should come as no surprise; for years, the all-volunteer army had been failing – failing; the army of 1979 was an army of misfits: uneducated, ill-trained, largely illiterate. It was an army, according to its own secret estimate, would not be taken seriously by our allies, much less our adversaries. But two years later, the army still had problems: 7 of its 10 United States Base Combat Divisions were rated “not ready for combat” due to personnel problems. The question facing the modern United States army experts had concluded at the Pentagon was not whether its soldiers were unfit but what to do about it. I see a growing number of army futurists – that’s right, folks, futurists – advocated a really unique solution to the army’s dilemma, a miracle cure: the First Earth Battalion.

The year, ladies and gentlemen, is 1991; fierce artillery duels mar the truth between Israel and the 3-year-old Lebanese unity government. Soviet and American warships maneuver warily 50 miles off the coast. United Nations Security Council votes to put a 3,000 man peacekeeping force between the rivals but the Central Intelligence Agency predicts war before the force arrives. The President must act; he must deploy the warrior monks of the First Earth Battalion. From the First Earth Station in Santa Fey, New Mexico the first 20 warrior monks – where have you heard that term before, folks? If you’ve attended any of the Bobo Gritz seminars, you’ve heard him refer to himself repeatedly as a “warrior monk” - because he is. He certainly is: he’s a priest of the mystery schools, a 32nd degree Freemason of the Scottish Rite and who knows what else.
The first 20 warrior monks wade through a crowd of reporters to a waiting transport; half are civilian task military - half men, half women – the youngest is 14 and the oldest will celebrate his 75th birthday on the plane. They are one age and that is ‘new’. All, folks, are experienced parachutists and possess superior intelligence in the ability to make rational decisions under life and death pressure. During the 12- hour trip, most place their brains in delta wave states to conserve energy; a few test their ESP communication channels; others listen to rock music on standard GI cassette recorders. The warrior monks carry the best equipment modern technology can produce: lightweight laser assault rifles, hallucinogen mortars, amphetamines and night visio n foods, acupuncture kits, dowsing rods for locating hidden tunnels and mines. They’re prepared to fight but they know the force of arms is the weakest power at their disposal; the strongest is the force of love. You think this is a joke? Well, this is no joke; that’s how you all got trapped by the Trojan horse. He exudes love!
He tells you whatever you want to hear. If you’re Christian identity and he’s talking to you, then he’s a Christian identity! If he’s a Nazi…if you’re a Nazi, he’s a Nazi. If you’re a New Ager - like when he gave his talks in Sedona, Arizona, he told the crowd there that he’d tried all the different religions and he just hadn’t found one that he could commit to, he was still looking. And all the while, folks, he’s been a staunch church-going member with Temple credentials of the Mormon Church. Now I’m not saying Mormons are bad and I ain’t sayin’ the Mormon Church is bad, but I’m saying anyone who lies to you is bad. This man has lied over and over and over again. Each of these soldiers of the First Earth Battalion are sworn to uphold the credo of high commandoes and gorilla gurus and they have these various oaths of initiation that they take.
Listen to some of their quotes. “I have the capacity and therefore the duty to contribute to the development of my self, my associates and our planet simultaneously.” Now, here’s another one: “I take personal responsibility for generating evolutionary conspiracies as a regular part of my work.” And here’s yet another: “I will select and create conspiratorial mechanisms that are not costly in time or resources because I am aware of the many free channels available to me, such as radio, television and word of mouth.” Sound familiar? And here’s another one: “I will organize a self-supporting, high commando group that will create and perform evolutionary breakthrough actions on behalf of people and planet. One people, one planet.” And here’s another: “I will then pass this concept onto others who are capable of generating further self-organizing commando teams.” And still yet another: “I will await the time when my group can connect naturally with others at higher and higher levels of awareness and performance - the Natural Guard.” The credo and the First Earth Battalio n itself are the brainchild of Lieutenant Colonel Jim Channon, United States Army. In 1979, Channon was assigned to investigate the Human Potential Movement for Task Force Delta. Did you hear what I said, ladies and gentlemen? For Task Force Delta, an army think tank of officers, futurists, and psychologists formed to study the potential of new technologies to solve the army’s then-critical personnel problem.
Channon visited more than 130 California groups, ranging from Urantia book reading to Taekwondo to Laud ie and E.S.T. (which is the Erhard Seminar Training). California says Channon is 10 years ahead of the rest of the country in awareness, thanks to the Human Potential Movement; the Army needs to get involved. If we can’t offer a policy of hope by the 1990s, we’ll be booed out of the country. Channon’s solution was the First Earth Battalion, a conceptual model of the army of the next decade. “Earth and battalion blended perfectly,” says Channon, “a union of the natural and action philosophy: the warrior monk.” The First Earth Battalion’s charter initiation was conducted at the 2nd quarterly meeting of Task Force Delta; the group sat around a table at the Army War College Officer’s Club at Forth Leavenworth with a candle and a dollar bill at the center.
Channon did an acupuncture technique to symbolize their bond to the Earth and commitment to help one another realize their goal of a New Age Army, a colonel did a karate form, the group chanted a mantra - a word or sound chanted to reach a higher state of consciousness (in this case, a long ‘e’ for Earth). At first they all giggled, they thought it was kind of funny, but Channon explained the significance of the great seal on the dollar bill and the words “In God we trust”. “God is light,” he said, “truth, love and evolution. E Pluribus Unum describes not one dollar out of many but the unity of the races. Warriors of the spirit,” says Channon, “can see many values captured in the most widely communicated piece of printed material in history: the 1 dollar bill. A pyramid iskept by the spirit eye,indicating the order of the ages. It is America’s role to lead the world to paradise.”
Nothing you haven’t heard if you’ve listened to the Mystery Babylon series. Barbara Marx Hubbard, a delta psychologist, suggested that the First Earth Battalion could bombard the Soviets with psychic love rather than hate and suspicion. Task Force Delta bought the idea and the First Earth Battalion was born. You see, it’s a – it’s a philosophy, ladies and gentlemen, that by changing a concept of the goal of the soldier, rather than looking and training toward war, they look and train toward the dissolution of nation states, national boundaries, and religion, and the bringing together of the world into a one world government – the New World Order.
Don’t think so? Well, you just keep watching, folks, just keep watching. You’ll find out that this is all 100% true. And if you listened the night we played the training tape of the First Earth Battalion concept, narrated by an army colonel - in full uniform – then you heard it all. Anyway, the First Earth Battalion intrigued some members of the Army’s higher command but the question of whether or not the Battalion is “official” is open to interpretation. Channon himself claims he doesn’t know and says, “I’m not sure the question is important.” Lieutenant Colonel John Alexander, a friend of Channon’s, calls the official status of First Earth “a gray area, a question of who owns an idea.” Lieutenant Colonel Beckwith is the one who pleaded with the White House to name the new antiterrorist force of the Special Operations Division of the Department of Defense “Delta.”
He’s one of these new warrior monks also; he now runs Soldier of Fortune magazine – I wonder why? Could it be that it’s important to find out who in this country have the skills and the leadership to muster and train patriots and take them out on the battlefield to fight against this coming totalitarian socialist New World Order? Could it be important for people like Lieutenant Colonel James “Bobo” Gritz and Lieutenant Colonel Beckwith?
To act is the Trojan horse in the guise of patriotism, tell you whatever you want to hear and collect your names and addresses so that it’s a done deal? Could it be? I wonder. I wonder, folks. Army Public Affairs’ statement about the current official status of the First Earth Battalion tend to ambiguity: “We really don’t know much about it.” Notice there’s no denial. In fact, there is verification of its existence but they say “We really don’t know much about it.” According to the Deputy Director of Task Force Delta (who was Pontelli at the time that this was done), he said, “Some people think First Earth is a great idea and some people think it’s terrible. It’s hard to get a consensus.” I can imagine with the old hardcore generals sittin’ around the table, talkin’ about lovin’ the Soviets; I can imagine what they said. But Channon, nevertheless, organized and incorporated the First Earth Battalion foundation in Santa Fey, New Mexico – one of the New Age centers on a holy, private, non-profit basis that hopes for government funding “when enough people have written their congressman.” A dozen candidates and 81 ‘masters’ have already been selected for the New World Academy student body and faculty. Plans exist for a “First Earth station” command post and “New World City.” Officially, however, the First Earth Battalion is something more than an idea; both West Point and the Command and Staff College include the First Earth Battalion in their Human Relations Curricula using a 20-minute videotape prepared by West Point (which I played on the air) along with the continuation and the training films.
You see, I told you, folks, that for years, all of the military academies of the officer corps of all 4 of the military services have been teaching one world government as the only solution to war. I know that many of you think that our officers wouldn’t do that to us, that they would be violating their oath to the constitution. But if they have bought into the erroneous and criminal interpretation of article 6 of the constitution, then they can rationalize to themselves that they are fulfilling their oath. Channon claims that more than 800 officers are in the network that distributes First Earth materials through the army chain of command. The Army has loaned Channon, who dubs himself a ‘hack merlin’, to a dozen other government agencies, including the Los Angeles and Seattle police departments to explain First Earth concepts and Channon has received official permission to speak in uniform on television and National Radio featurettes.
Until 1980, Channon was assigned to Fort Louis, near Seattle, where he worked with the high technology test bed, a unit designated to test new equipment and ideas including, folks, including some developed by Task Force Delta. He is presently assigned to the staff of the Army War College. Remember, Gritz attended the War College; he also claimed he worked on the staff of the National Security Council. Now, all of those people are Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateralist people; they’re all moving toward world government. They would not have an officer on their staff if he were not 100% completely in concert with their views and with their goals – and if you’ve ever been in the military or you’ve ever worked near people of such high rank and position, you know that that statement is 100% true.
Channon believes eventually First Earth will be an operational battalion as pressures to counter terrorism and improve the manpower in the army grow. That hope may not be unrealistic considering the influence of some battalion enthusiasts. 4-star general Robert Shoemaker of the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel calls Channon “the Army’s leading futurist” and sees the First Earth Battalion and the warrior monk as a model for the future. Task Force Delta is definitely an official organization; members communicate via the army computer network DeltaNet. DeltaNet – the official designator of the United States Army Delta Force computer conference and electronic mail network - has over 1,000 members who call themselves “the tribe.”
Naturally, folks, “the tribe” does not command universal acclaim even within the Army. A lack of a consensus is a personal matter to Channon, who has been accused by colleagues of spending too much time in California. Channon comes from a military family; his father graduated from West Point. Channon got an appointment but flunked the English exam before admission; he majored in Art and ROTC (Reserve Officer Training) at the University of Kentucky. After a tour in Germany, Channon returned to the United States, married and bought a home and then went to Vietnam. 5 months later, he was the only platoon leader in the battalion left alive. “I realized how precious life is after I was almost killed 3 times on the same day. Basically, I woke up.” In Vietnam, he put his art training to work, devising a graphics math grid for pig castrators and wood carriers who regularly crossed the border and pinpointed enemy strong points.
After his combat tour, Channon returned for graduate work at the University of Kentucky. There, his paintings of the war won the Students for a Democratic Society (or SDS) “green commode award” because there was no blood. Today, his paintings hang inside the museum; Channon’s drawings illustrate the First Earth Battalion’s “soft tactics manual.”
Shocking, isn’t it? There’s much, much more, ladies and gentlemen; you think there’s no such thing as mind control in America? You’re 100% wrong, for there is. Lieutenant Colonel James “Bobo” Gritz went from radio station to radio station, telling the world that CS gas is inhumane? That it was outlawed in Vietnam? That we were not allowed to use it or even have it, it was not issued to the troops in Vietnam? That is a lie, folks; I had CS gas on my patrol boat on the Thach Han river near the DMZ. I only used it twice to my recollection, but we had it and we did use it. And in Lieutenant Colonel James “Bobo” Gritz’s own book, “Call to serve” there are 3 pages where he recounts the accidental detonation of a CS grenade in his base camp and how humorous it was. And his recounting of the tale, folks, does not divulge any inhuman effects or disastrous, terrible repercussions of the accidental detonation of a CS gas grenade. Today, today folks – forget it – stay tuned, folks, we’re going to continue with our series on mind control tonight, episode #6.
The Nazi doctors who experimented on the inmates of prison camps during World War 2, ladies and gentlemen, were tried for murder at the Nuremberg Tribunal. The accused were educated, trained physicians, they did not kill in anger or in malice – at least that’s the impression we get from our research - they were creating a science of death. Some of the experiments were carried out on prisoners with the aim of preserving the lives of Nazi soldiers and pilots, but nevertheless, the experiments were inhumane; it was not right. Ironically, in 1933, the Nazi's passed a law for the protection of animals. Does that ring any bells, ladies and gentlemen? Are you listening carefully to this series? For every night, I’ve made numerous connections between the past and the present. The law cited the prevention of cruelty and indifference to animals as one of the highest moral values of a people, animal experimentation, folks, was unthinkable, but human experimentations were acceptable. The victims of the crime of these doctors numbered, literally, into the thousands. Now, in 1953, while the Central Intelligence Agency was still conducting mind control and behaviour modifications on unwitting humans in this country, the United States signed the Nuremberg Code, a code born out of the ashes of war and human suffering. The document, folks, was a solemn promise never to tolerate such human atrocities again. The Code maintains three fundamental principles:
1. The subjects of any experimentation must be volunteers who thoroughly understand the purpose and the dangers of the experiments. They must be free to give consent and the consent must be without pressure and they must be free to quit the experiments at any time.
2. The experiments must be likely to yield knowledge which is valuable to everyone. The knowledge must be such that it could not be gained in any other way.
3. The experiments must be conducted by only the most competent doctors, and they must exercise extreme care.
If you’ve been listening - so much for that. The Nazi aviation experiments met none of these conditions. Most inmates in the prison camps knew that the experiments in the pressure chamber were fatal. From the very beginning, control of the experiments was largely in the hands of the SS, which was later judged to be a criminal organization by the Nuremberg Tribunal. Despite our lessons from Nuremberg and the Nazi camps, the Central Intelligence Agency, United States Navy and the United States Army Chemical Corps targeted specific groups of people for experimentation who were not able to resist: prisoners, mental patients, foreigners, ethnic minorities, sex deviants, the terminally ill, children - children, yes children - and United States military personnel and prisoners of war and veterans – veterans, ladies and gentlemen. They violated the Nuremberg Code for conducting and subsidizing experiments on unwitting citizens. You see, the CIA began its mind control projects in 1953 that we can pinpoint – it may have been long before that. We know that Wild Bill Donovan was experimenting with the so-called “truth drug” during World War 2. But 1953 was the very year that the United States signed the Nuremberg Code and pledged with the international community of nations to respect basic human rights and to prohibit experimentation on captive populations without full and free consent.
Dr. Cameron, a Central Intelligence Agency operative, was one of the worst offenders against the Code, yet, folks, he was a member of the Nuremberg Tribunal with full knowledge of its testimony; talk about hypocrisy, talk about lies. Well, if you’ve been listening to The Hour of the time since its inception, you know that these people who run things are perpetual liars, deceivers and manipulators, and they’re never going to stop. That’s why there’s never going to be any world living in harmony and the great ‘brotherhood of man,’ you blithering idiots. Saturnedus rex mundi, my butt.
In 1973, a three judge court in Michigan ruled, “experimental psychosurgery, which is irreversible and intrusive, often leads to the blunting of emotions, the deadening of memory, the reduction of affect, and limits the ability to generate new ideas. Its potential for injury to the creativity of the individual is great and can infringe on the right of the individual to be free from interference with his mental process. The state's interest in performing psychosurgery and the legal ability of the involuntarily detained mental patient to give consent, must bow to the First Amendment, which protects the generation and free flow of ideas from unwarranted interference with one's mental processes.” And, Citing the Nuremberg Code, the court found that “the very nature of the subject's incarceration diminishes the capacity to consent to psychosurgery. ” In 1973, folks, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts enacted regulations which would require informed written consent from voluntary patients before electroshock treatment could be performed. Senator Sam Ervin's Committee lashed out bitterly at the mind control and behaviour modification experiments and ordered them discontinued, but they were not. His orders – the Congress’s orders - were ignored, as they frequently are.
But the New England Journal of Medicine states, that the consent provisions now in place are “no more than an elaborate ritual.” They called it “a device that when the subject is uneducated and uncomprehending, confers no more than a semblance of propriety on human experimentation.” The Nuremberg Tribunal brought to light that some of the most respected figures in the medical profession were involved in the vast crime network of the SS. Only 23 persons were charged with criminal activity in this area, despite the fact that hundreds of medical personnel were involved. The defendants, folks, were charged with crimes against humanity. They were found guilty of planning and executing experiments on humans without their consent, in a cruel and brutal manner which involved severe torture, deliberate murder and with the full knowledge of the gravity of their deeds. They understood, completely what they were doing. Only 7 of the defendants were sentenced to death and hanged; others received life sentences. 5 who were involved in the experiments were not tried. Ernest Grawitz committed suicide, Carl Clauberg was tried in the Soviet Union, Josef Mengele escaped to South America and was later captured by Israeli agents, Horst Schumann disappeared and Siegmund Rascher was executed by Himmler.

Now, Within weeks of Eisenhower's order, many of these notorious doctors were working for the U.S. Army at Heidelberg. Army teams scoured Europe for scientific experimental apparatus such as pressure chambers, compressors, G-force machines, giant centrifuges, and electron microscopes. These doctors were wined and dined by the U.S. Army while most of Germany's post-war citizens virtually starved. The German doctors were brought to the United States and went to work for Project Paperclip. All these doctors had been insulated against war crime charges. The Nuremberg prosecutors were shocked that United States authorities were using the German doctors despite their criminal past. And folks, the doctors weren’t the only ones they brought over; they brought over many of the officers of the Gestapo; they brought over many of the scientists who developed the V-2 rocket and other secret weapons for Nazi Germany; and quite a few others. Allen Welsh Dulles was later to absorb the entire intelligence network of the Third Reich into the Central Intelligence Agency and presto- magico, we had an instant worldwide network of spies, all German. Under the leadership of Strughold, 34 scientists accepted contracts from Project Paperclip, and were moved to Randolph Air Force Base at San Antonio, Texas. The authorization to hire these Nazi scientists came directly from the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The top military brass stated that they wished to exploit these rare minds. Project Paperclip, ironically, folks, would use Nazi doctors to develop methods of interrogating German prisoners of war.
So much for – so much for the cohesion of the race; so much for ‘the bloodline of the Aryans’. As hostilities began to build after the war between the Americans and the Russians, the U.S. imported as many as 1000 former Nazi scientists. Now, don’t get me wrong, folks, I got nothin’ against Aryans, I’m Aryan myself; Aryan-English Anglo, whatever you want to call it, part American Indian. I just don’t like racism in any form; I don’t like racist Jews, racist blacks, racist whites, racist Orientals, racist American Indians; I just don’t like ‘em, period. Whenever I get a chance, I let ‘em know that. In 1969, Americans landed on the moon – or, at least, that’s what they say, there are some who seriously dispute that and in later programs we might explore that possibility, however, I don’t know, neither do you, all we know is what we’ve been told and what we were shown on television and we’re not even sure if what we were shown on television really came from the moon so we have to take their word for it, just like we have to take their word for the photographs they show us that show anomalous material on the moon and Mars; you see, we can’t go up there and check, so we’re sort of at the mercy on this stuff. 2 groups of scientist in the control center shared the credit: the rocket team from Peenemunde, Germany, under the leadership of Werner von Braun (these men had perfected the V-2s which were built in the Nordhausen caves where 20,000 slave labourers from prison camp Dora had worked; many of them worked to death); the second group were the space doctors, lead by 71-year-old Dr. Hubertus Strughold, whose work was pioneered in Experimental Block No. 5 of the Dachau concentration camp and with the torture and death of hundreds of inmates. The torture chambers that was used to slowly kill the prisoners of the Nazi's were the test beds for the apparatus that protected Neil Armstrong from harm, from lack of oxygen, and pressure, when he walked on the moon.
How ‘bout that? Now that’s something the United States government doesn’t like to talk about, ladies and gentlemen; but as usual, you get the truth on The Hour of the time. Now, not too long ago, we played for you on this program a recruiting tape of what’s know as The First Earth Battalion; now it’s not a real battalion, formed under arms with armour and tanks and everything like that. It is a mental concept of the new office corps and this tape was made a long time ago; it has been in the works for many years. Now, if you’ve studied any of the mysteries or the occult sciences, you know that there is a particular occult meaning attached to the Greek letter of the alphabet Delta. I’m going to shock the living hell out of some of you little Gritz groupies and you’re going to be sending for one of our bumper stickers, “Gritz for breakfast in ’96.” And believe me, if he don’t find a place to hide when you-know-what hits the fan, I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes.
Parapsychologists, folks, have always been unlikely to gain scientific respectability through their experimental successes. In fact, they have a tough time of it, and their successes have been few and quite open to controversy and attack. Marcello Truzzi said this (and I quote): “There are 3 ways parapsychology might move into the mainstream: a solid, repeatable demonstration is one way but no one has come up with such an experiment.” Another route would be a revolutionary new theory and one of the basic mainstream sciences like physics or physiology; a theory that indicates PSI must exist. For example, parapsychology experiments in precognition – that is, experiments where the subject correctly identifies a target before it is selected – contradicts current physical theory. Yo u see, it is perfectly conceivable that a new theory might allow or even demand precognitive – although no such theory looms on the horizon – precognition is largely thought to be quackery.
Truzzi says, “The 3rd route to respectability is, in vogue, applied PSI – of P-S-I.” Parapsychologists, folks, hope to get de-facto recognition from the scientific community by moving out of the laboratories and into industry and government, demonstrating that PSI can solve problems. California think-tanks that used to invite gurus or whole seminars on LSD and creativity now send applied PSI newsletters to industry, police forces and government agencies. Applied PSI claim the advocates solves problems (even if no one quite understands how).
In 1979, the army had a problem: 90% of the soldiers who operate and maintain the 7,000 nuclear weapons in Europe flunked basic tests of their military skills that year; this is an appalling statistic, folks, absolutely appalling. But it should come as no surprise; for years, the all-volunteer army had been failing – failing; the army of 1979 was an army of misfits: uneducated, ill-trained, largely illiterate. It was an army, according to its own secret estimate, would not be taken seriously by our allies, much less our adversaries. But two years later, the army still had problems: 7 of its 10 United States Base Combat Divisions were rated “not ready for combat” due to personnel problems. The question facing the modern United States army experts had concluded at the Pentagon was not whether its soldiers were unfit but what to do about it. I see a growing number of army futurists – that’s right, folks, futurists – advocated a really unique solution to the army’s dilemma, a miracle cure: the First Earth Battalion.

The year, ladies and gentlemen, is 1991; fierce artillery duels mar the truth between Israel and the 3-year-old Lebanese unity government. Soviet and American warships maneuver warily 50 miles off the coast. United Nations Security Council votes to put a 3,000 man peacekeeping force between the rivals but the Central Intelligence Agency predicts war before the force arrives. The President must act; he must deploy the warrior monks of the First Earth Battalion. From the First Earth Station in Santa Fey, New Mexico the first 20 warrior monks – where have you heard that term before, folks? If you’ve attended any of the Bobo Gritz seminars, you’ve heard him refer to himself repeatedly as a “warrior monk” - because he is. He certainly is: he’s a priest of the mystery schools, a 32nd degree Freemason of the Scottish Rite and who knows what else.
The first 20 warrior monks wade through a crowd of reporters to a waiting transport; half are civilian task military - half men, half women – the youngest is 14 and the oldest will celebrate his 75th birthday on the plane. They are one age and that is ‘new’. All, folks, are experienced parachutists and possess superior intelligence in the ability to make rational decisions under life and death pressure. During the 12- hour trip, most place their brains in delta wave states to conserve energy; a few test their ESP communication channels; others listen to rock music on standard GI cassette recorders. The warrior monks carry the best equipment modern technology can produce: lightweight laser assault rifles, hallucinogen mortars, amphetamines and night visio n foods, acupuncture kits, dowsing rods for locating hidden tunnels and mines. They’re prepared to fight but they know the force of arms is the weakest power at their disposal; the strongest is the force of love. You think this is a joke? Well, this is no joke; that’s how you all got trapped by the Trojan horse. He exudes love!
He tells you whatever you want to hear. If you’re Christian identity and he’s talking to you, then he’s a Christian identity! If he’s a Nazi…if you’re a Nazi, he’s a Nazi. If you’re a New Ager - like when he gave his talks in Sedona, Arizona, he told the crowd there that he’d tried all the different religions and he just hadn’t found one that he could commit to, he was still looking. And all the while, folks, he’s been a staunch church-going member with Temple credentials of the Mormon Church. Now I’m not saying Mormons are bad and I ain’t sayin’ the Mormon Church is bad, but I’m saying anyone who lies to you is bad. This man has lied over and over and over again. Each of these soldiers of the First Earth Battalion are sworn to uphold the credo of high commandoes and gorilla gurus and they have these various oaths of initiation that they take.
Listen to some of their quotes. “I have the capacity and therefore the duty to contribute to the development of my self, my associates and our planet simultaneously.” Now, here’s another one: “I take personal responsibility for generating evolutionary conspiracies as a regular part of my work.” And here’s yet another: “I will select and create conspiratorial mechanisms that are not costly in time or resources because I am aware of the many free channels available to me, such as radio, television and word of mouth.” Sound familiar? And here’s another one: “I will organize a self-supporting, high commando group that will create and perform evolutionary breakthrough actions on behalf of people and planet. One people, one planet.” And here’s another: “I will then pass this concept onto others who are capable of generating further self-organizing commando teams.” And still yet another: “I will await the time when my group can connect naturally with others at higher and higher levels of awareness and performance - the Natural Guard.” The credo and the First Earth Battalio n itself are the brainchild of Lieutenant Colonel Jim Channon, United States Army. In 1979, Channon was assigned to investigate the Human Potential Movement for Task Force Delta. Did you hear what I said, ladies and gentlemen? For Task Force Delta, an army think tank of officers, futurists, and psychologists formed to study the potential of new technologies to solve the army’s then-critical personnel problem.
Channon visited more than 130 California groups, ranging from Urantia book reading to Taekwondo to Laud ie and E.S.T. (which is the Erhard Seminar Training). California says Channon is 10 years ahead of the rest of the country in awareness, thanks to the Human Potential Movement; the Army needs to get involved. If we can’t offer a policy of hope by the 1990s, we’ll be booed out of the country. Channon’s solution was the First Earth Battalion, a conceptual model of the army of the next decade. “Earth and battalion blended perfectly,” says Channon, “a union of the natural and action philosophy: the warrior monk.” The First Earth Battalion’s charter initiation was conducted at the 2nd quarterly meeting of Task Force Delta; the group sat around a table at the Army War College Officer’s Club at Forth Leavenworth with a candle and a dollar bill at the center.
Channon did an acupuncture technique to symbolize their bond to the Earth and commitment to help one another realize their goal of a New Age Army, a colonel did a karate form, the group chanted a mantra - a word or sound chanted to reach a higher state of consciousness (in this case, a long ‘e’ for Earth). At first they all giggled, they thought it was kind of funny, but Channon explained the significance of the great seal on the dollar bill and the words “In God we trust”. “God is light,” he said, “truth, love and evolution. E Pluribus Unum describes not one dollar out of many but the unity of the races. Warriors of the spirit,” says Channon, “can see many values captured in the most widely communicated piece of printed material in history: the 1 dollar bill. A pyramid iskept by the spirit eye,indicating the order of the ages. It is America’s role to lead the world to paradise.”
Nothing you haven’t heard if you’ve listened to the Mystery Babylon series. Barbara Marx Hubbard, a delta psychologist, suggested that the First Earth Battalion could bombard the Soviets with psychic love rather than hate and suspicion. Task Force Delta bought the idea and the First Earth Battalion was born. You see, it’s a – it’s a philosophy, ladies and gentlemen, that by changing a concept of the goal of the soldier, rather than looking and training toward war, they look and train toward the dissolution of nation states, national boundaries, and religion, and the bringing together of the world into a one world government – the New World Order.
Don’t think so? Well, you just keep watching, folks, just keep watching. You’ll find out that this is all 100% true. And if you listened the night we played the training tape of the First Earth Battalion concept, narrated by an army colonel - in full uniform – then you heard it all. Anyway, the First Earth Battalion intrigued some members of the Army’s higher command but the question of whether or not the Battalion is “official” is open to interpretation. Channon himself claims he doesn’t know and says, “I’m not sure the question is important.” Lieutenant Colonel John Alexander, a friend of Channon’s, calls the official status of First Earth “a gray area, a question of who owns an idea.” Lieutenant Colonel Beckwith is the one who pleaded with the White House to name the new antiterrorist force of the Special Operations Division of the Department of Defense “Delta.”
He’s one of these new warrior monks also; he now runs Soldier of Fortune magazine – I wonder why? Could it be that it’s important to find out who in this country have the skills and the leadership to muster and train patriots and take them out on the battlefield to fight against this coming totalitarian socialist New World Order? Could it be important for people like Lieutenant Colonel James “Bobo” Gritz and Lieutenant Colonel Beckwith?
To act is the Trojan horse in the guise of patriotism, tell you whatever you want to hear and collect your names and addresses so that it’s a done deal? Could it be? I wonder. I wonder, folks. Army Public Affairs’ statement about the current official status of the First Earth Battalion tend to ambiguity: “We really don’t know much about it.” Notice there’s no denial. In fact, there is verification of its existence but they say “We really don’t know much about it.” According to the Deputy Director of Task Force Delta (who was Pontelli at the time that this was done), he said, “Some people think First Earth is a great idea and some people think it’s terrible. It’s hard to get a consensus.” I can imagine with the old hardcore generals sittin’ around the table, talkin’ about lovin’ the Soviets; I can imagine what they said. But Channon, nevertheless, organized and incorporated the First Earth Battalion foundation in Santa Fey, New Mexico – one of the New Age centers on a holy, private, non-profit basis that hopes for government funding “when enough people have written their congressman.” A dozen candidates and 81 ‘masters’ have already been selected for the New World Academy student body and faculty. Plans exist for a “First Earth station” command post and “New World City.” Officially, however, the First Earth Battalion is something more than an idea; both West Point and the Command and Staff College include the First Earth Battalion in their Human Relations Curricula using a 20-minute videotape prepared by West Point (which I played on the air) along with the continuation and the training films.
You see, I told you, folks, that for years, all of the military academies of the officer corps of all 4 of the military services have been teaching one world government as the only solution to war. I know that many of you think that our officers wouldn’t do that to us, that they would be violating their oath to the constitution. But if they have bought into the erroneous and criminal interpretation of article 6 of the constitution, then they can rationalize to themselves that they are fulfilling their oath. Channon claims that more than 800 officers are in the network that distributes First Earth materials through the army chain of command. The Army has loaned Channon, who dubs himself a ‘hack merlin’, to a dozen other government agencies, including the Los Angeles and Seattle police departments to explain First Earth concepts and Channon has received official permission to speak in uniform on television and National Radio featurettes.
Until 1980, Channon was assigned to Fort Louis, near Seattle, where he worked with the high technology test bed, a unit designated to test new equipment and ideas including, folks, including some developed by Task Force Delta. He is presently assigned to the staff of the Army War College. Remember, Gritz attended the War College; he also claimed he worked on the staff of the National Security Council. Now, all of those people are Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateralist people; they’re all moving toward world government. They would not have an officer on their staff if he were not 100% completely in concert with their views and with their goals – and if you’ve ever been in the military or you’ve ever worked near people of such high rank and position, you know that that statement is 100% true.
Channon believes eventually First Earth will be an operational battalion as pressures to counter terrorism and improve the manpower in the army grow. That hope may not be unrealistic considering the influence of some battalion enthusiasts. 4-star general Robert Shoemaker of the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel calls Channon “the Army’s leading futurist” and sees the First Earth Battalion and the warrior monk as a model for the future. Task Force Delta is definitely an official organization; members communicate via the army computer network DeltaNet. DeltaNet – the official designator of the United States Army Delta Force computer conference and electronic mail network - has over 1,000 members who call themselves “the tribe.”
Naturally, folks, “the tribe” does not command universal acclaim even within the Army. A lack of a consensus is a personal matter to Channon, who has been accused by colleagues of spending too much time in California. Channon comes from a military family; his father graduated from West Point. Channon got an appointment but flunked the English exam before admission; he majored in Art and ROTC (Reserve Officer Training) at the University of Kentucky. After a tour in Germany, Channon returned to the United States, married and bought a home and then went to Vietnam. 5 months later, he was the only platoon leader in the battalion left alive. “I realized how precious life is after I was almost killed 3 times on the same day. Basically, I woke up.” In Vietnam, he put his art training to work, devising a graphics math grid for pig castrators and wood carriers who regularly crossed the border and pinpointed enemy strong points.
After his combat tour, Channon returned for graduate work at the University of Kentucky. There, his paintings of the war won the Students for a Democratic Society (or SDS) “green commode award” because there was no blood. Today, his paintings hang inside the museum; Channon’s drawings illustrate the First Earth Battalion’s “soft tactics manual.”
Shocking, isn’t it? There’s much, much more, ladies and gentlemen; you think there’s no such thing as mind control in America? You’re 100% wrong, for there is. Continue listening to The Hour of the time and you’re going to find out just how extensive it is. Remember when they claimed that they were using CS gas on the Branch Davidians? Lieutenant Colonel James “Bobo” Gritz went from radio station to radio station, telling the world that CS gas is inhumane? That it was outlawed in Vietnam? That we were not allowed to use it or even have it, it was not issued to the troops in Vietnam? That is a lie, folks; I had CS gas on my patrol boat on the Thach Han river near the DMZ. I only used it twice to my recollection, but we had it and we did use it. And in Lieutenant Colonel James “Bobo” Gritz’s own book, “Call to serve” there are 3 pages where he recounts the accidental detonation of a CS grenade in his base camp and how humorous it was. And his recounting of the tale, folks, does not divulge any inhuman effects or disastrous, terrible repercussions of the accidental detonation of a CS gas grenade. Trades Hall president Kevin Bracken stands by his 9/11 conspiracy
VICTORIAN Trades Hall president Kevin Bracken remains unrepentant after his controversial comments about the 9/11 attacks made news around the world.
Mr Bracken sparked outrage yesterday when he told Jon Faine's ABC talk-back program the attacks were not the result of terrorist activity.
He said the story was a conspiracy that "didn't stand up" to scientific scrutiny.
This morning Mr Bracken phoned into Faine's program again for a right of reply.
He said he wasn't phoning as the president of the Trades Hall council or as secretary of the Maritime Union of Australia.
Mr Bracken stood by his comments and said he had the support of 50 per cent of the community.
He also attacked Faine, claiming he was ridiculed on yesterday's program.
"Unfortunately cowards like yourself have set the political agenda in this country for too long," said Kevin Bracken
"I won't be cowered down to bullies like yourself."
Yesterday, Julia Gillard has dismissed as "stupid and wrong" Mr Bracken's belief.
The Federal Opposition seized on the comments in Parliament, with Victorian MP Josh Frydenberg asking Ms Gillard what action she would take against Mr Bracken “to send a message that such remarks are unacceptable”, The Australian reported.
“Obviously I don’t agree with the remarks, obviously they are stupid and wrong,” Ms Gillard said.
“The Labor Party is a large organisation, people join it as individuals – we don’t dictate what people think.”
After being accused by Liberal frontbencher Christopher Pyne of not answering the question on discipline, Ms Gillard said: “If it is the intention of the Leader of the Opposition to expel every member who says something stupid, I’ll start sending him a weekly list.”

William Cooper: Mind Control Part 5

William Cooper (WC): Welcome back to The hour of the time, I’m William Cooper.
In the past, folks, the Soviet Union has invested large sums of time and money investigating microwaves. In 1952, while the Cold War was showing no signs of thawing, there was a secret meeting at the Sandia Corporation in New Mexico between United States and Soviet scientists involving the exchange of information regarding the biological hazards and safety levels of Electro Magnetic Radiation. The Soviets possessed the greater preponderance of information, and the American scientists were unwilling to take it seriously (so they say). In subsequent meetings, the Soviet scientists continued to stress the seriousness of the risks, while American scientists downplayed their importance. Shortly after the last Sandia meeting, the Soviets began directing a microwave beam at the United States embassy in Moscow, using embassy workers as guinea pigs for low- level Electro Magnetic Radiation. Washington D.C., folks, was very oddly quiescent regarding the Moscow embassy bombardment.
Discovered in 1962, the Moscow signal was investigated by the Central Intelligence Agency, which hired a consultant, Milton Zaret, and code named the research Project Pandora. According to Zaret, the Moscow signal was composed of several frequencies, and was focused precisely upon the Ambassador's office. The intensity of the bombardment was not made public, but when the State Department finally admitted the existence of the signal, it announced that it was fairly low. There was a consensus among Soviet Electro Magnetic Radiation researchers a beam such as the Moscow signal was destined to produced blurred vision and loss of mental concentration. The Boston Globe reported that the American ambassador had not only developed a leukemia – let me read that again for you. Boston Globe reported that the American ambassador had not only developed a leukemia-like blood disease, but also suffered from bleeding eyes and chronic headaches. Under the CIA's Project Pandora, monkeys were brought into the embassy and exposed to the Moscow signal; they were found to have developed blood composition anomalies and unusual chromosome counts. Embassy personnel were found to have a 40 percent higher than average white blood cell count. Now, a high white blood cell count, folks, usually is an indication of infection. While Operation Pandora's data gathering proceeded, embassy personnel continued working in the facility and were not informed of the bombardment until 10 years later. Embassy employees were eventually granted a 20 percent hardship allowance for their service in an unhealthful post. Throughout the period of bombardment, the Central Intelligence Agency used the opportunity to gather data on psychological and biological effects of the beam of American personnel.
The U.S. government began to examine the affects of the Moscow signal. The job was turned over to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (known as DARPA). DARPA was developing electromagnetic weaponry; we have reason to believe that they’ve been working with electromagnetic propulsion and weaponry ever since the end of World War 2. The man in charge of the DARPA program, Dr. Jack Verona, is so important, folks, and so secretive that he doesn't even return the President's telephone calls – if you can imagine somebody who has that kind of power. The American public was never informed – they’re never informed anyway – they were never informed that the military had planned to develop electromagnetic weapons until around 1982, when the revelation appeared in a technical Air Force magazine. The magazine article stated, “....specifically generated radio - frequency radiation (RFR) fields may pose powerful and revolutionary anti-personnel military trends.” The article, folks, indicated that that it would be very easy to use electromagnetic fields to disrupt the human brain because the brain, itself, was an electrically mediated organ. It further indicated that a rapidly scanning RFR system would have a stunning or killing capability over a large area. The system was developable.
Navy Captain Dr. Paul E. Taylor read a paper at the Air University Center for Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education, at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Dr. Taylor was responsible for the Navy's Radiation Laboratory and had been studying radiation effects on humans. In his paper, Dr. Taylor stated, “The ability of individuals to function (as soldiers) could be degraded to such a point that would be combat ineffective.” The system, folks, was so sophisticated that it employed microwaves and millimeter waves and was transportable by a large truck. Now, there’s a place in California that’s just a little north and east of Sa n Francisco called Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory; it’s in the South Bay area, and they’ve been working on the development of a "brain bomb". A bomb could be dropped in the middle of a battlefield which would produce microwaves, incapacitating the minds of soldiers within a circumscribed area. Applications of microwave technology in espionage were available for over 25 years. In a meeting in Berkeley, California of the American Association for the Advancement of Science as early as 1965, Professor J. Anthony Deutsch of New York University provided an important segment of research in the field of memory control. Now, in layman’s terms – so that you’ll understand it - Professor Deutsch indicated that the mind is a transmitter and if too much informatio n is received, like too many vehicles on a crowded freeway, the brain ceases to transmit. The Professor indicated that an excess of acetyl choline in the brain can interfere with the memory process and control. He indicated excess amounts of acetyl choline can be artificially produced, through both the administration of drugs or – get this - the use of radio waves. The process – and I’ve told you this before, you didn’t believe me but it’s true - the process is called E-D-O-M or EDOM, Electronic Dissolution of Memory. Remember I told you on previous episodes of The hour of the time that there is a technology available to the intelligence community that can enable them to erase full segments of the memory of a targeted person – from quite a distance, in fact – and implant, in the place where this memory used to exist, it’s now gone, a new memory that, in fact, never happened in reality. But, when the subject remembers, it will be as if this had really happened in their life. The memory transmission, folks, can be stopped for as long as the radio signal continues.
As a result, the awareness of the person skips over those minutes during which he is subjected to the radio signal. Memory is distorted, and time-orientation is destroyed. Thirty years ago, folks, Allen Frey discovered that microwaves of 300 to 3000 megahertz could be “heard” by people, even if they were deaf, if pulsed – if pulsed at a certain rate. Appearing to be originating just in back of the head, the sound boomed, clicked, hissed or buzzed, depending upon the frequency. Now, this is a common occurrence reported by people who say that they had close encounters with extraterrestrial beings, this buzzing in their head. Later research has shown that the perception of the waves take place just in front of the ears. The microwaves causes pressure waves in the brain tissue, and this phenomenon vibrates the sound receptors in the inner ear through the bone structure. Some microwaves are capable of directly stimulating the nerve cells of the auditory pathways. This has been confirmed with experiments with rats, in which the sound registers 120 decibels, which is equal to the volume of a nearby jet during takeoff. Now, folks, aside from having the capability of causing pain and preventing auditory communication, a much more subtle effect was demonstrated at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by Dr. Joseph C. Sharp. Dr. Sharp, himself, was the subject of an experiment in which pulsed microwave audiograms, or the microwave analog o f the sound vibrations of spoken words, were delivered to his brain in such a way that he was able to understand the words that were spoken. Military and undercover uses of such a device might include driving a subject crazy with inner voices in order to discredit him, or conveying undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin, making people believe that God is speaking to them or that they are receiving channelled instructions from ascended masters or from the spirit world or from God or Jesus Christ himself. But the technology, folks, has been carried even a step further. It’s been demonstrated by Dr. Ross Adey that microwaves can be used to directly bring about changes in the electrical patterns of different parts of the brain. His experiments showed that he could achieve the same mind control over animals as Dr. Delgado did in the bull incident. Dr. Delgado used brain implants in his animals; Dr. Adey used microwave devices without preconditioning. He made animals act and look like electronic toys, carrying out his bidding at his command. No brain implantation. Now, let’s go back into history a little bit.

At the conclusion of World War 2, ladies and gentlemen, American investigators learned that Nazi doctors at the concentration camps in Germany had been conducting mind control experiments on inmates. They experimented with hypnosis and with the drug mescaline and several others. Mescaline is a quasi-synthetic extract of the peyote cactus, and is very similar to LSD in the hallucinations which it produces. Though they did not achieve the degree of success they had desired, the SS interrogators in conjunction with the doctors were able to extract the most intimate secrets from the prisoners when the inmates were given very high doses of mescaline. There were fatal mind control experiments conducted at Auschwitz. The experiments there were described by one informant as “brainwashing with chemicals.” The informant said the Gestapo wasn't satisfied with extracting information by torture. “So the next question was: why don't we do it like the Russians, who have been able to get confessions of guilt at their show trials?” They tried various barbiturates and morphine derivatives and after prisoners were fed a coffee-like substance, two of them died in the night and others died later.

The Navy initiated Project Chatter in 1947, the same year the Central Intelligence Agency was formed. The Chatter format included developing methods for acquiring information from people against their will, but without inflicting harm or pain. At the conclusion of the war, the OSS was designated as the investigative unit for the International Military Tribunal, which was to become known as the Nuremberg Trials. The purpose of Nuremberg was to try the principal Nazi leaders. Some Nazis were on trial for their experiments, and the United States was using its own “truth drugs” on these principal Nazi prisoners in our own experiments against namely Goring, Ribbentrop, Speer and eight others. So you see, we were trying them and extracting the information to convict them using the same crimes that they were being tried for. The Justice in charge of the tribunal had given the OSS permission to use the drugs.
So he was getting ready to condemn the prisoners for you. The Dachau doctors who performed the mescaline experiments also were involved in aviation medicine. The aviation experiments at Dachau fascinated Heinrich Himmler. Himmler followed the progress of the tests, studied the findings and often suggested improvements. The Germans, you see, had a keen interest in several medical problems in the field of flying; they were interested in preventing pilots from slowly becoming unconscious as a result of breathing the thin air of the high altitudes and there was interest in enhancing night vision – and we had the same interests ourselves. The main research in this area, folks, was at the Institute of Aviation in Munich, which had excellent laboratories. The experiments in relationship to the Institute were conducted at Dachau. Inmates had been immersed in tubs of ice water with instruments placed in their orifices in order to monitor their painful deaths. Dr. Hubertus Strughold, who ran the German aviation medicine team, confirmed that he had heard humans were used for the Dachau experiments. Hidden in a cave in Hallein were files recording the Dachau experiments which were recovered after the war.
On May 15, folks, 1941, Dr. Sigmund Rascher wrote a letter to Himmler requesting permission to use the Dachau inmates for experiments on the physiology of high altitudes. Rascher lamented the fact that no such experiments have been done using human subjects. And he said this, and I quote: “The experiments are very dangerous and we cannot attract volunteers,” he told this to Himmler, and his request was approved. Dachau was filled with Communists and Social Democrats, Jews, Jehovah's Witnesses, Gypsies, clergymen, homosexuals, Poles and people just plain critical of the Nazi government. Upon entering Dachau, prisoners lost all legal status, their hair was shaved off, all their possessions confiscated, they were poorly fed, and they were used as slaves for both the corporations and the government – it was a labour camp. The SS guards, as most people placed in positions of God, were brutal and sadistic. The idea to test subjects at Dachau was really the brain child of Erich Hippke, chief surgeon of the Luftwaffe.
Between March and August of 1942 extensive experiments were conducted at Dachau regarding the limits of human endurance at high altitudes. These experiments were conducted for the benefit of the German Air Force. These experiments took place in a low-pressure chamber in which altitudes of up to 68,000 feet could be simulated. The subjects were placed in the chamber and the altitude was raised; many inmates died as a result. The survivors, folks, often suffered serious injury. One witness at the Nuremberg trails, Anton Pacholegg, who was sent to Dachau in 1942, gave an eyewitness account of the typical pressure test and he said this, and I quote: “The Luftwaffe delivered a cabinet constructed of wood and metal. It was possible in the cabinet to either decrease or increase the air pressure. You could observe through a little window the reaction of the subject inside the chamber. The purpose of these experiments was to test human energy and the subject's capacity...to take large amounts of pure oxygen, and then to test his reaction to a gradual decrease in oxygen. I have personally seen through the observation window of the chamber when a prisoner inside would stand a vacuum until his lungs ruptured. Some experiments,” folks, “gave men such pressure in their heads that they would go mad and pull out their hair in an effort to relieve the pressure.” We’re talking about the same thing that happens to a diver when he decompresses too fast. These people in this pressure chamber actually were given the bends. They would tear their heads and face with their fingers and nails in an attempt to maim themselves in their madness. They would beat the walls with their hands and head and scream in an effort to relieve pressure in their eardrums. These cases of extreme vacuums generally ended in the death of the subjects.” The former prisoner also testified, “An extreme experiment was so certain to result in death that in many instances the chamber was used for routine execution purposes rather than an experiment.” Now that statement is doubtful, it has no corroborating evidence and doctors generally did not engage in execution. A minimum 200 prisoners were known to have died in these experiments total, during the entire war, ladies and gentlemen.
The doctors directly involved with the research held very high positions: Karl Brandt was Hitler's personal doctor; Oskar Schroeder was the Chief of the Medical Services of the Luftwaffe; Karl Gebhardt was Chief Surgeon on the Staff of the Reich Physician SS and Police and German Red Cross President; Joachim Mrugowsky was Chief of the Hygienic Institute of the Waffen SS; Helmut Poppendick was a senior colonel in the SS and Chief of the Personal Staff of the Reich Physicians SS and Police; Siegfried Ruff was Director of the Department of Aviation Medicine. So if you think because a doctor took the Hippocratic oath and he has pledged his life to help those in pain and suffering; if you think that these people will not perform experiments that will result in the death of the subject, you are wrong. Now, we’ve concentrated here on German experimentation in World War 2 because it’s well-known, and we’ve also talked to you, given you proof and reference to experimentation done in the United States and Canada on human guinea pigs that resulted in deaths conducted by doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists. These people will do what they’re told.
The first guinea pig - human guinea pig – in these experiments in Germany was a 37- year-old Jew in good health. Himmler invited 40 top Luftwaffe officers to view a movie of an inmate dying in the pressure chamber. After the pressure chamber tests, the cold treatment experiments began. They consisted of immersing inmates in freezing water while their vital signs were monitored. The goal was to discover the cause of death. Heart failure was the answer. An inmate described the procedures: “The basins were filled with water and ice was added until the water measured 37.4F and the experimental subjects were either dressed in a flying suit or were placed in the water naked. The temperature was measured rectally and through the stomach. The lowering of the body temperature to 32 degrees was terrible for experimental subjects. At 32 degrees the subject lost consciousness. They were frozen to 25 degrees. The worst experiment was performed on two Russian officer POWs. They were placed in the basin naked. Hour after hour passed, and while usually after a short time, 60 minutes, freezing had set in, these two Russians were still conscious after two hours. After the third hour one Russian reportedly told the other, ‘Comrade, tell that officer to shoot us.’ The other replied, ‘Don't expect any mercy from this Fascist dog.’ Then they shook hands and said goodbye. The experiment lasted at least five hours until death occurred.” And, of course, they lost consciousness long before that.
Now should you think this so terrible, the United States Air Force conducted exactly the same experiments after the war using American servicemen volunteers; if any of them died, it’s been well hidden. Usually they took them out of the water when the vital signs demonstrated that they were approaching the point of no return. “Dry freezing experiments were also carried out at Dachau. One subject was put outdoors on a stretcher at night when it was extremely cold. While covered with a linen sheet, a bucket of cold water was poured over him every hour. He was kept outdoors under sub-freezing conditions. In subsequent experiments, subjects were simply left outside naked in a court under freezing conditions for hours.” Remember, these were experiments designed to find out what the human body could withstand under various conditions; they resulted in pain, suffering, torture - whatever you want to call it. “Himmler gave permission to move the experiments to Auschwitz, because it was more private and because the subjects of the experiment could howl all night if they wanted to, no one really gave a damn. The physical pain of freezing was and is terrible. The subjects died by inches, heartbeat became totally irregular, breathing difficulties and lung endema resulted, hands and feet became frozen white.” As the Germans began to lose the war, the aviation doctors began to keep their names from appearing in Himmler's files for fear of future recriminations. And they found other experiments to involve themselves in, which were not so incriminating.

In the past, folks, the Soviet Union has invested large sums of time and money investigating microwaves. In 1952, while the Cold War was showing no signs of thawing, there was a secret meeting at the Sandia Corporation in New Mexico between United States and Soviet scientists involving the exchange of information regarding the biological hazards and safety levels of Electro Magnetic Radiation. The Soviets possessed the greater preponderance of information, and the American scientists were unwilling to take it seriously (so they say). In subsequent meetings, the Soviet scientists continued to stress the seriousness of the risks, while American scientists downplayed their importance. Shortly after the last Sandia meeting, the Soviets began directing a microwave beam at the United States embassy in Moscow, using embassy workers as guinea pigs for low- level Electro Magnetic Radiation. Washington D.C., folks, was very oddly quiescent regarding the Moscow embassy bombardment.
Discovered in 1962, the Moscow signal was investigated by the Central Intelligence Agency, which hired a consultant, Milton Zaret, and code named the research Project Pandora. According to Zaret, the Moscow signal was composed of several frequencies, and was focused precisely upon the Ambassador's office. The intensity of the bombardment was not made public, but when the State Department finally admitted the existence of the signal, it announced that it was fairly low. There was a consensus among Soviet Electro Magnetic Radiation researchers a beam such as the Moscow signal was destined to produced blurred vision and loss of mental concentration. The Boston Globe reported that the American ambassador had not only developed a leukemia – let me read that again for you. Boston Globe reported that the American ambassador had not only developed a leukemia-like blood disease, but also suffered from bleeding eyes and chronic headaches. Under the CIA's Project Pandora, monkeys were brought into the embassy and exposed to the Moscow signal; they were found to have developed blood composition anomalies and unusual chromosome counts. Embassy personnel were found to have a 40 percent higher than average white blood cell count. Now, a high white blood cell count, folks, usually is an indication of infection. While Operation Pandora's data gathering proceeded, embassy personnel continued working in the facility and were not informed of the bombardment until 10 years later. Embassy employees were eventually granted a 20 percent hardship allowance for their service in an unhealthful post. Throughout the period of bombardment, the Central Intelligence Agency used the opportunity to gather data on psychological and biological effects of the beam of American personnel.
The U.S. government began to examine the affects of the Moscow signal. The job was turned over to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (known as DARPA). DARPA was developing electromagnetic weaponry; we have reason to believe that they’ve been working with electromagnetic propulsion and weaponry ever since the end of World War 2. The man in charge of the DARPA program, Dr. Jack Verona, is so important, folks, and so secretive that he doesn't even return the President's telephone calls – if you can imagine somebody who has that kind of power. The American public was never informed – they’re never informed anyway – they were never informed that the military had planned to develop electromagnetic weapons until around 1982, when the revelation appeared in a technical Air Force magazine. The magazine article stated, “....specifically generated radio - frequency radiation (RFR) fields may pose powerful and revolutionary anti-personnel military trends.” The article, folks, indicated that that it would be very easy to use electromagnetic fields to disrupt the human brain because the brain, itself, was an electrically mediated organ. It further indicated that a rapidly scanning RFR system would have a stunning or killing capability over a large area. The system was developable.
Navy Captain Dr. Paul E. Taylor read a paper at the Air University Center for Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education, at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Dr. Taylor was responsible for the Navy's Radiation Laboratory and had been studying radiation effects on humans. In his paper, Dr. Taylor stated, “The ability of individuals to function (as soldiers) could be degraded to such a point that would be combat ineffective.” The system, folks, was so sophisticated that it employed microwaves and millimeter waves and was transportable by a large truck. Now, there’s a place in California that’s just a little north and east of Sa n Francisco called Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory; it’s in the South Bay area, and they’ve been working on the development of a "brain bomb". A bomb could be dropped in the middle of a battlefield which would produce microwaves, incapacitating the minds of soldiers within a circumscribed area. Applications of microwave technology in espionage were available for over 25 years. In a meeting in Berkeley, California of the American Association for the Advancement of Science as early as 1965, Professor J. Anthony Deutsch of New York University provided an important segment of research in the field of memory control. Now, in layman’s terms – so that you’ll understand it - Professor Deutsch indicated that the mind is a transmitter and if too much informatio n is received, like too many vehicles on a crowded freeway, the brain ceases to transmit. The Professor indicated that an excess of acetyl choline in the brain can interfere with the memory process and control. He indicated excess amounts of acetyl choline can be artificially produced, through both the administration of drugs or – get this - the use of radio waves. The process – and I’ve told you this before, you didn’t believe me but it’s true - the process is called E-D-O-M or EDOM, Electronic Dissolution of Memory. Remember I told you on previous episodes of The hour of the time that there is a technology available to the intelligence community that can enable them to erase full segments of the memory of a targeted person – from quite a distance, in fact – and implant, in the place where this memory used to exist, it’s now gone, a new memory that, in fact, never happened in reality. The Hour of the time is an instrument to deliver a message of magnificence, of warning, of preparation for the future, of what mankind could be rather than what he is, what we are always that most of us fail to recognize that keeps us from living up to our full potential. And, of course, there are always those who believe that they have to manipulate everyone else in order to bring about the world that they feel is best for everybody. I am a messenger; you may not like me or you may not like the content of my message but you had better not ignore it, ladies and gentlemen. You will see, in the future, how serious this is.
Now part of the message of this program is you need to prepare for the future; we are on the brink of a total breakdown of all levels of society in this country - and I’m telling you right now, things have not changed, things are not going to change, they’re going to get worse as you can see every single day – we are headed for a lot of bloodshed, unfortunately. It’s always been the aim of The hour of the time to prevent that, but I see no way that any prevention is going to occur at this late state of the game. And it is a game being fought out by 2 terribly powerful forces: the forces of good and the forces of evil. One of the ways that you must prepare, ladies and gentlemen, is economically. We can never get away from the fact that we are human beings and that we need certain things to survive and that no one in their right mind in a state of complete societal breakdown is going to give you anything that they have because, by doing so, it will decrease their chances of survival.
Now, there may be some people who have enough to be able to do that, but most people don’t and won’t! In fact, most people won’t have near what they need for themselves, much less be able to take care of those of you who are too lazy, too stupid, too ignorant, or just plain like to procrastinate instead of prepare. At the conclusion of World War 2, ladies and gentlemen, American investigators learned that Nazi doctors at the concentration camps in Germany had been conducting mind control experiments on inmates. They experimented with hypnosis and with the drug mescaline and several others. Mescaline is a quasi-synthetic extract of the peyote cactus, and is very similar to LSD in the hallucinations which it produces. Though they did not achieve the degree of success they had desired, the SS interrogators in conjunction with the doctors were able to extract the most intimate secrets from the prisoners when the inmates were given very high doses of mescaline. There were fatal mind control experiments conducted at Auschwitz. The experiments there were described by one informant as “brainwashing with chemicals.” The informant said the Gestapo wasn't satisfied with extracting information by torture. “So the next question was: why don't we do it like the Russians, who have been able to get confessions of guilt at their show trials?” They tried various barbiturates and morphine derivatives and after prisoners were fed a coffee-like substance, two of them died in the night and others died later.
The mescaline experiments were written up in a lengthy report issued by the United States Naval Technical Mission, whose job it was at the conclusion of the war to scour all of Europe for every shred of industrial and scientific material that had been produced by the Third Reich. It was, folks, as a result of this report that the United States Navy became interested in mescaline as an interrogation tool; if you think the Nazis were bad, believe me, our intelligence community is just as bad or worse. The Navy initiated Project Chatter in 1947, the same year the Central Intelligence Agency was formed. The Chatter format included developing methods for acquiring information from people against their will, but without inflicting harm or pain. At the conclusion of the war, the OSS was designated as the investigative unit for the International Military Tribunal, which was to become known as the Nuremberg Trials. The purpose of Nuremberg was to try the principal Nazi leaders. Some Nazis were on trial for their experiments, and the United States was using its own “truth drugs” on these principal Nazi prisoners in our own experiments against namely Goring, Ribbentrop, Speer and eight others. So you see, we were trying them and extracting the information to convict them using the same crimes that they were being tried for. The Justice in charge of the tribunal had given the OSS permission to use the drugs.
So he was getting ready to condemn the prisoners for you. The Dachau doctors who performed the mescaline experiments also were involved in aviation medicine. The aviation experiments at Dachau fascinated Heinrich Himmler. Himmler followed the progress of the tests, studied the findings and often suggested improvements. The Germans, you see, had a keen interest in several medical problems in the field of flying; they were interested in preventing pilots from slowly becoming unconscious as a result of breathing the thin air of the high altitudes and there was interest in enhancing night vision – and we had the same interests ourselves. The main research in this area, folks, was at the Institute of Aviation in Munich, which had excellent laboratories. The experiments in relationship to the Institute were conducted at Dachau. Inmates had been immersed in tubs of ice water with instruments placed in their orifices in order to monitor their painful deaths. Dr. Hubertus Strughold, who ran the German aviation medicine team, confirmed that he had heard humans were used for the Dachau experiments. Hidden in a cave in Hallein were files recording the Dachau experiments which were recovered after the war.
On May 15, folks, 1941, Dr. Sigmund Rascher wrote a letter to Himmler requesting permission to use the Dachau inmates for experiments on the physiology of high altitudes. Rascher lamented the fact that no such experiments have been done using human subjects. And he said this, and I quote: “The experiments are very dangerous and we cannot attract volunteers,” he told this to Himmler, and his request was approved. Dachau was filled with Communists and Social Democrats, Jews, Jehovah's Witnesses, Gypsies, clergymen, homosexuals, Poles and people just plain critical of the Nazi government. Upon entering Dachau, prisoners lost all legal status, their hair was shaved off, all their possessions confiscated, they were poorly fed, and they were used as slaves for both the corporations and the government – it was a labour camp. The SS guards, as most people placed in positions of God, were brutal and sadistic. The idea to test subjects at Dachau was really the brain child of Erich Hippke, chief surgeon of the Luftwaffe.
Between March and August of 1942 extensive experiments were conducted at Dachau regarding the limits of human endurance at high altitudes. These experiments were conducted for the benefit of the German Air Force. These experiments took place in a low-pressure chamber in which altitudes of up to 68,000 feet could be simulated. The subjects were placed in the chamber and the altitude was raised; many inmates died as a result. The survivors, folks, often suffered serious injury. One witness at the Nuremberg trails, Anton Pacholegg, who was sent to Dachau in 1942, gave an eyewitness account of the typical pressure test and he said this, and I quote: “The Luftwaffe delivered a cabinet constructed of wood and metal. It was possible in the cabinet to either decrease or increase the air pressure. You could observe through a little window the reaction of the subject inside the chamber. The purpose of these experiments was to test human energy and the subject's capacity...to take large amounts of pure oxygen, and then to test his reaction to a gradual decrease in oxygen. I have personally seen through the observation window of the chamber when a prisoner inside would stand a vacuum until his lungs ruptured. Some experiments,” folks, “gave men such pressure in their heads that they would go mad and pull out their hair in an effort to relieve the pressure.” We’re talking about the same thing that happens to a diver when he decompresses too fast. These people in this pressure chamber actually were given the bends. They would tear their heads and face with their fingers and nails in an attempt to maim themselves in their madness. They would beat the walls with their hands and head and scream in an effort to relieve pressure in their eardrums. These cases of extreme vacuums generally ended in the death of the subjects.” The former prisoner also testified, “An extreme experiment was so certain to result in death that in many instances the chamber was used for routine execution purposes rather than an experiment.” Now that statement is doubtful, it has no corroborating evidence and doctors generally did not engage in execution. A minimum 200 prisoners were known to have died in these experiments total, during the entire war, ladies and gentlemen.
The doctors directly involved with the research held very high positions: Karl Brandt was Hitler's personal doctor; Oskar Schroeder was the Chief of the Medical Services of the Luftwaffe; Karl Gebhardt was Chief Surgeon on the Staff of the Reich Physician SS and Police and German Red Cross President; Joachim Mrugowsky was Chief of the Hygienic Institute of the Waffen SS; Helmut Poppendick was a senior colonel in the SS and Chief of the Personal Staff of the Reich Physicians SS and Police; Siegfried Ruff was Director of the Department of Aviation Medicine. So if you think because a doctor took the Hippocratic oath and he has pledged his life to help those in pain and suffering; if you think that these people will not perform experiments that will result in the death of the subject, you are wrong. Now, we’ve concentrated here on German experimentation in World War 2 because it’s well-known, and we’ve also talked to you, given you proof and reference to experimentation done in the United States and Canada on human guinea pigs that resulted in deaths conducted by doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists. These people will do what they’re told.
The first guinea pig - human guinea pig – in these experiments in Germany was a 37- year-old Jew in good health. Himmler invited 40 top Luftwaffe officers to view a movie of an inmate dying in the pressure chamber. After the pressure chamber tests, the cold treatment experiments began. They consisted of immersing inmates in freezing water while their vital signs were monitored. The goal was to discover the cause of death. Heart failure was the answer. An inmate described the procedures: “The basins were filled with water and ice was added until the water measured 37.4F and the experimental subjects were either dressed in a flying suit or were placed in the water naked. The temperature was measured rectally and through the stomach. The lowering of the body temperature to 32 degrees was terrible for experimental subjects. At 32 degrees the subject lost consciousness. They were frozen to 25 degrees. The worst experiment was performed on two Russian officer POWs. They were placed in the basin naked. Hour after hour passed, and while usually after a short time, 60 minutes, freezing had set in, these two Russians were still conscious after two hours. After the third hour one Russian reportedly told the other, ‘Comrade, tell that officer to shoot us.’ The other replied, ‘Don't expect any mercy from this Fascist dog.’ Then they shook hands and said goodbye. The experiment lasted at least five hours until death occurred.” And, of course, they lost consciousness long before that.
Now should you think this so terrible, the United States Air Force conducted exactly the same experiments after the war using American servicemen volunteers; if any of them died, it’s been well hidden. Usually they took them out of the water when the vital signs demonstrated that they were approaching the point of no return. “Dry freezing experiments were also carried out at Dachau. One subject was put outdoors on a stretcher at night when it was extremely cold. While covered with a linen sheet, a bucket of cold water was poured over him every hour. He was kept outdoors under sub-freezing conditions. In subsequent experiments, subjects were simply left outside naked in a court under freezing conditions for hours.” Remember, these were experiments designed to find out what the human body could withstand under various conditions; they resulted in pain, suffering, torture - whatever you want to call it. “Himmler gave permission to move the experiments to Auschwitz, because it was more private and because the subjects of the experiment could howl all night if they wanted to, no one really gave a damn. The physical pain of freezing was and is terrible. The subjects died by inches, heartbeat became totally irregular, breathing difficulties and lung endema resulted, hands and feet became frozen white.” As the Germans began to lose the war, the aviation doctors began to keep their names from appearing in Himmler's files for fear of future recriminations. And they found other experiments to involve themselves in, which were not so incriminating.

William Cooper: Mind Control Part 4

Yes, it is once again The Hour of the time. I’m your host, William Cooper.
Well, I know that some of you out there are shaking your heads saying, “How does he know that it’s bullshit?” Easy, folks: our military has belonged to the United Nations for years, check the treaty. 6 state department publications, 72-77, all of it in the Treason Papers which we offered to you, and most of you’ ve been screaming for proof, (unintelligible). No, you’d rather deal in this bullshit. Our military force, ladies and gentlemen, is the police force for the United Nations and the New World Order. Now, if you haven’t been reading the newspapers then you don’t know that yet, then you’re not playing with a full deck of cards and you’d better get away from this poker table because I’m going to take all your money. You’re too stupid to play this game.
Now wake up. If you don’t believe what I’ve said, order The Treason Documentation, study it for yourself, and then wake up. Now last night, we left off talking about B.F. Skinner, the high priest of the behaviour movement; the key to Skinner’s work was the concept of operant condition, which relied on the notion of reinforcement, all behaviour which is learned is rooted in either a positive or negative response to that action. There are two corollaries of operant conditioning: Aversion therapy, folks, and desensitization - aversion therapy and desensitization.
Aversion therapy uses unpleasant reinforcement to a response which is undesirable. This can take the form of electric shock, exposing the subject to fear producing situations, and the infliction of pain in general. It has been used as a way of “curing” homosexuality, alcoholism and stuttering. Desensitization involves forcing the subject to view disturbing images over and over again until they no longer produce any anxiety, then moving on to more extreme images, and repeating the process over again until no anxiety is produced. Eventually, the subject becomes immune to even the most extreme images. Is something beginning to click in your head? The intelligence community knows how to play games with your brain much better than you ever will – and you don’t even know how to recognize it.
How do you get people to stop paying attention? You keep giving them false information, you keep handing out phony documents, you keep circulating rumour after rumour after rumour and pretty soon you’re desensitizing and you don’t even pay any attention to it and then one day you hear the truth and you ignore it. You silly, silly, silly fools.
I’ve stated many times and I’ve said it on this program: adult society is nothing more than bigger high school students practicing the same things that they learned in high school society. Skinnerian behaviourism has been accused of attempting to deprive man of his free will, his dignity and his autonomy. It is said to be intolerant of uncertainty in human behaviour, and refuses to recognize the private, the ineffable, and the unpredictable. It sees the individual merely as a medical, chemical and mechanistic entity which has no comprehension of its real interests and on a daily basis you usually prove that these people are right.
Skinner believed – listen to me - Skinner believed that people are going to be manipulated. And he said this: “I just want them to be manipulated effectively.” And you are; you are good little puppets on the end of the string most of the time. He measured success by the absence of resistance and counter control on the part of the person he was manipulating; sound familiar? He thought that his techniques could be perfected to the point that the subject would not even suspect that he was being manipulated – does that sound familiar? Most of you, until you began listening to The Hour of the time had no conception of what was happening; you thought you did. Dr. James V. McConnel, head of the Department of Mental Health Research at the University of Michigan, said, “The day has come when we can combine sensory deprivation with the use of drugs, hypnosis, and the astute manipulation of reward and punishment to gain almost absolute control over an individual's behaviour. We want to reshape our society drastically.” What do you think that he was talking about? How is he going to reshape our society? What was his political leaning?
A United States Navy psychologist, who claims that the Office of Naval Intelligence had taken convicted murderers from military prisons, used behaviour modification techniques on them, and then relocated them in American embassies throughout the world. Just prior to that time, the United States Senate Intelligence Committee had censured the Central Intelligence Agency for its global political assassination plots, including plots against Fidel Castro. I was a member of the Office of Naval Intelligence and I can tell you that it is the premier, most professional intelligence organization in this country, it’s also the oldest. It was the…America’s first intelligence organization and it has always been as the Navy always has been, always will be the place where the rich and influential and the wealthy and the people who really control their world send their sons for their military education.
It is also a hotbed of socialism. Most of you have never understood that the military has absolutely no interest in protecting or defending the constitution of the United States of America because they have no constitutional rights whatsoever as career military personnel. The military, by its very nature, is Marxist and socialist. You are put into a class where you are required to stay, you cannot leave the class that you are in in the military. There used to be a time where, if you were an enlisted man and you behaved admirably upon the battlefield, you could receive a battlefield commission but no more. And if you tow the mark and do exactly what you are told and never question authority, you are given a bed to sleep in, food to eat, everything that you could possibly need. Each, according to his ability, gives, and each, according to his needs, receives, but only within that class structure. The New World Order one world government has been taught in all our military academies for years as the only answer to war. When I was in the Office of Naval Intelligence, I began to realize that military records were flagged and only those who belonged to certain organizations and secret societies and only those who professed the proper political frame of mind reached the highest ranks in the officer corps of all of the military services.
The officer corps of the United States of America is about to sell you to the United Nations, ladies and gentlemen, and you don’t even understand it. How in the world could all of you blithering idiots out there be sitting there saying that Clinton is going to sign us over to the United Nations without the full cooperation, consent and complicity of the officer corps of all of the military services of the United States of America. You say, “Well, they swore allegiance to protect and defend the constitution!” How do you know? When’s the last time you looked at their oaths? I looked, but I’m not going to tell you what it says and it doesn’t matter anyway because, according to the interpretation of the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch of the government of the United States of America, the constitution has been constitutionally superseded by the United Nations charter by treaty. According to interpretation of article 6 of the United States constitution, if the officer corps has been brainwashed into accepting this erroneous interpretation of article 6 of the United States constitution, then they are acting in full accordance with their oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America; don’t you idiots understand that?
Write me some letters and tell me how you don’t like to hear the way I talk to you - I need a good laugh, I need a real good laugh. And I just received an intelligence bulletin from the militia of Montana today; that gave me a good laugh. That’s the militia who turned tail and let the government take Red Beckman’s farm when they promised, when they stated that they would hold the line and not allow it to happen – and now they’re coming up with all kinds of excuses. There are no excuses. One of the excuses was that Red Beckman didn’t back them. You’re a sorry group, you’re a sorry bunch and I’m damn glad I don’t live in the state of Montana.
The Navy psychologist that I was discussing was Lt. Commander Thomas Narut of the U.S. Regional Medical Center in Naples, Italy. The information was divulged at an Oslo NATO conference of 120 psychologists from the eleven nation alliance.According to Dr. Narut, the U.S. Navy was an excellent place for a researcher to find, and quote, “captive personnel” whom they could use as a guinea pig in experiments. The Navy provided all the funding necessary, according to Narut. Dr. Narut, folks, in a question and answer session with reporters from many nations, revealed how the Navy was secretly programming large numbers of assassins – and that is true. He said that the men he had worked with for the Navy were being prepared for commando-type operations, as well as covert operations in United States embassies worldwide. He described the men who went through his program as "hit men and assassins" who could kill on command. Very careful screening of the subjects was accomplished by Navy psychologists through the military records, and those who actually received assignments where their training could be utilized, were drawn mainly from submarine crews, the paratroops, and many were convicted murderers serving military prison sentences. Several men who had been awarded medals for bravery were drafted into the program. These assassins were conditioned through "audio -visual desensitization". The process involved the showing of films of people being injured or killed in a variety of ways, starting with very mild depictions, leading up to the more extreme forms of mayhem, just as you are being conditioned through the big eye in your living room.
Eventually, the subjects would be able to detach their feelings even when viewing the most horrible of films. Can you remember, ladies and gentlemen, when the sight of blood disturbed Americans? Not anymore; very little disturbs Americans now, that is, Americans who watch TV continually. You see, there will come a day when you will see mayhem; you’ll see neighbours dragged out and murdered in the streets and it won’t even bother you – will not even bother you. You see, in this instance, the conditioning was most successful when applied to "passive-aggressive" types, and most of these ended up being able to kill without any regrets whatsoever and most people fall into either passive or passive -aggressive categories because they’ve been taught not to resist authority. The prime indicator of violent tendencies was the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, developed by the pseudo-profession of psychology. Dr. Narut knew of two Navy programming centers, the neuropsychiatric laboratory in San Diego and the United States Regional Medical Center in Italy, where he worked.
During the audio -visual desensitization programming, restraints were used to force the subject to view the films.
When these subjects were required to watch the audio-visual desensitization images and sounds that were put before them, restraints were often used to force them to view the films. A device was used on the subject’s eyelids to prevent him from blinking. Typically, the preliminary film was on an African youth being ritualistically circumcised with a dull knife and without any anaesthetic. The second film showed a sawmill scene in which a man accidentally cut off his fingers. Remember, these experiments took place years ago; most of you see these same scenes or scenes like them – and in most cases, much, much worse – every night on your television set. In addition to the desensitization films, the potential assassins underwent programming to create prejudicial attitude in the men, to think of their future enemies, especially the leaders of these countries, as sub - human. Those of us who were sent to Vietnam spent some time in training beforehand and we were taught very subtly to change our attitudes toward the Vietnamese and one day we found ourselves calling them Gooks and Slopes and Slants; we were stupid, we were brainwashed. We were subjected to mind control during our training. We were taught that these people were not human so it was easier for us to kill them.
Do you understand? I hope. After his NATO lecture, Dr. Narut disappeared. He could not be located, ladies and gentlemen. But within a week of so after the lecture, the Pentagon issued an emphatic denial that the U.S. Navy had ever “engaged in psychological training or other types of training of personnel as assassins.” As a member of the Office of Naval Intelligence at one time, I can tell you that that was a lie. They disavowed the programming centers in San Diego and Naples and stated they were unable to locate Narut, but did provide confirmation that he was a staff member of the United States Regional Medical Center in Naples. Dr. Alfred Zitani, an American delegate to the Oslo conference, did verify Narut's remarks and they were published in the Sunday Times. Sometime later, Dr. Narut surfaced again in London and recanted his remarks, stating that he was “talking in theoretical and not practical terms.” He probably looked over his shoulder and saw one of his own subjects beginning to follow him everywhere he went.
Shortly thereafter, the United States Naval headquarters in London issued a statement indicating that Dr. Narut's remarks at the NATO conference should be discounted because he had "personal problems." Dr. Narut never made any further public statements about the program. He was the victim of a well-known ploy: instead of attacking the facts, instead of addressing the facts, they attacked the character of the messenger. I’ve been the victim of this technique many, many, many times and many of you have believed it and bought into it, only to find out later that it was a lie.
One of the personal attacks upon me, one of the most blatant lies ever printed or ever stated about me was published by Lt. Colonel “Bobo” James Gritz in his book and I’ve since proved it false, 100% false, a total lie – by playing tapes that told the truth; the tapes were of Lt. Colonel James “Bobo” Gritz telling the truth in his own voice. Most of you heard those episodes of The Hour of the time and you know how that type of propaganda works, but you didn’t before I set you straight by playing those tapes. Many of you were devout followers of this lying Trojan horse.

JERUSALEM (JTA) -- Israeli Sephardic leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef in his weekly Saturday night sermon said that non-Jews exist to serve Jews.
"Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world; only to serve the People of Israel," he said during a public discussion of what kind of work non-Jews are allowed to perform on Shabbat.
"Why are gentiles needed? They will work, they will plow, they will reap. We will sit like an effendi and eat," he said to some laughter.
Yosef, the spiritual leader of the Shas Party and the former chief Sephardi rabbi of Israel, also said that the lives of non-Jews are protected in order to prevent financial loss to Jews.
"With gentiles, it will be like any person: They need to die, but God will give them longevity. Why? Imagine that one’s donkey would die, they’d lose their money. This is his servant. That’s why he gets a long life, to work well for this Jew," said the rabbi, who recently turned 90.
An audio recording of some of the rabbi's remarks was broadcast on Israel's Channel 10.
The American Jewish Committee condemned the rabbi's remarks in a statement issued Monday.
"Rabbi Yosef’s remarks -- suggesting outrageously that Jewish scripture asserts non-Jews exist to serve Jews -- are abhorrent and an offense to human dignity and human equality," said AJC Executive Director David Harris. "Judaism first taught the world that all individuals are created in the divine image, which helped form the basis of our moral code. A rabbi should be the first, not the last, to reflect that bedrock teaching of our tradition."

I realize you need a strong stomach and you have to be able to control your distaste in order to watch it but this recent Glenn Beck program, with a couple of guests from the fundamentalist Christian sector, is a real eye-opener. The amount of slander that is presented by the main guest; I only watched about half of the program (I think), is stunning. He disparages Hindus, Buddhists and Muslims and does it with such a sanctimonious certitude that it approaches the surreal.
I watched this and I thought of the millions who watch it and nod their heads for no other reason than that they are watching someone on TV who must have importance and acumen or they wouldn’t be there, would they? To an intelligent person who is honest with themselves and not taken in by transferred prejudices, that are empowered by public exposure, Glenn Beck is a reptile life form; a demagogue and snake oil salesman who makes around 35 million dollars a year. Glenn Beck is the captain of a doomed ship that is attended by millions sitting on deck chairs bound for destruction and none of them have made the connection between men like Glenn Beck and the precarious state of their future.
November is coming. Anyone who is aware of the ALTA web bot reports from Cliff High and George Ure know that November has an ominous vibration. It brings the compromised-voter fraud elections into the staging ground for present day life, which could be aptly named ‘the theater of the absurd’. The limits are outward pressed each day for the steel cage match between insanity and stupidity. It appears to be some kind of tag team event because greed and hubris are suited up and waiting for the slap of the hand from their partner.
The foreclosure scandal stands as irrefutable testimony to the contempt held by bankers for the rest of the human race and it’s now clear that the whole scenario was set up just to throw people out of their homes. They are throwing people out of their homes that have no mortgage and own their homes outright. They are seizing homes that the particular banks have no claim on to begin with. It’s an Oklahoma Land Rush of unbridled rapacity and they even work at justifying and explaining it. From the president down, they are denying that fraud took place and saying, without any hesitation, that if the banks can’t seize any homes in reach that it will be bad for the economy. Bank of America paused long enough to snort a couple of lines of Peruvian rock and went right back to the snatch and grab.
